My inclination is that listing ones which have pages and ones which could have pages but don't yet would be okay, but ones which had pages and were cut would not. We don't want an index of pornographic/otherwise problematic works on the wiki.
However, this is not an official statement at all. Go to the forum

I'm fine with that, but was a bit curious because I noticed that ones that had their pages cut were also removed from the list. If we did list ones that have been cut, people might see it as an opportunity to put them back. I'm fine with that, personally, but not if it has a chance of cutting off the site's funding.
