I wouldn't say so. Updated rereleases generally have brand new content, whereas Game of the Year editions bundle DLC that was released before the rerelease with the game itself.
It's like the difference between the relationship of Blizzard's Battle Chests with the games they bundle, and that of Super Street Fighter II Turbo with the Street Fighter II games that came before it.

Wouldn't this trope fall under the Updated Re-release umbrella? I don't see the need to have a separate trope just for a specific category of rerelease.
