First, quicklime (calcium oxide) plus water doesn't produce hydrogen - it produces slaked lime (calcium hydroxide); second, you still have to deal with the carbon dioxide; third, this makes as much sense as using water as a fuel by splitting it into oxygen and hydrogen and then burning the hydrogen. Long live Marxism-Lennonism!
