The first name / honorific and family name contrast in English has a parallel in many languages (though not English) of familiar second person pronoun (French tu) / [p;ote second person pronoun (French vous). Should we broaden it to include the pronoun version?

Ugh, I'm starting to sound like one of those vehemently anti-image people, but shouldn't this image be done away with? It does absolutely nothing to illustrate the trope. Just A Face And A Caption. I'm gonna axe it for now.
