When the subject of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 being slammed by gamers was brought up on 4chan, the first person to reply commented on the lack of dinosaurs as a key factor. 4chan being 4chan, everyone else did the same. http://www.gamefront.com/modern-warfare-2-needs-dinosaurs-says-4chan-pic/
