I'm just curious why Safe Sane And Consensual & Paralyzing Fear Of Sexuality are listed here. How does sexuality have anything to do with empowerment?

Given the current quote at the top of the page: "Empowerment refers to increasing the spiritual, political, social, or economic strength of individuals and communities. It often involves the empowered developing confidence in their own capacities. -Wikipedia, on empowerment"

They fit under social empowerment. Safe Sane And Consensual (along with Pride Parade and Ethical Slut) is listed as a positive empowerment trope about sexuality while Paralyzing Fear of Sexuality is the aversion of it.

What waffleperson said. Plus, Safe, Sane, and Consensual is not at all limited to sexual contexts.
