Does it count if one dodges the draft by joining the enemy army or La RĂ©sistance because they object to the cause their gov't would want them to fight for, but are not opposed to fight per se?

Do "madness" and "gay" belong as separate categories? Historically, wasn't the latter considered a subset of the former?

Does this include trying to get kicked out of the army once you're already serving?

If so: Blackadder Goes Forth featured the madness option and Platoon the sickness one.
