being an inexperienced troper, I offer this for discussion rather than chance a bad edit: It strikes me odd that Megiddo from Phantasy Star is not listed here. Making a showing in over half the series, at one point in PS 4 I believe it was referred to as the forbidden technique of anger? At the very least it deserves a mention as a spell so destructive it deals damage to you in the process. (Although dying from it is a matter of "make sure you're not low on HP", moreso than a "it really threatens your life if you use it", but you don't "cast it from HP".)
