I've looked around everywhere I can think of for a tic where a character talks with their hands constantly. Before anyone says anything, NOT like the Italians Talk With Hands trope. Is there any such trope for someone who essentially mimes what they're saying while they're saying it and otherwise makes liberal use of their hands in conversation?

Are there certain tics that are characteristic of certain character types, ie: Shy Finger-Twiddling for a Shrinking Violet or flicking a lighter on and off for a pyromaniac?
