It does need a clearer definition, but I agree that it's a valid trope. Among other things, the description should include that it can be verbal, via gesture, or simply using a sound (like the "up-up-up-up" mentioned in the YKTTW or "ah-ah-ah" witha slight rising inflection.

First of all, five examples is still enough for a trope, especially when it just launched (which was today). And no ykttw? Did you even look at the discussion page to look for the button for that? It's right there.
