She might be a Lipstick Lesbian. As it is, she may fit some of the tropes listed under Girly Girl.

I swear to God that C-3PO did something like that in the long-forgotten Droids cartoon—the series definitely exaggerated his effeminate gestures, at the very least. Does that qualify him for this page?

Liberace was definitely Camp Gay. Whoever included him on the Camp Straight page was probably confused by his welcoming of the public's clueless reaction toward him while he was alive.
