In Punisher, is the scene where he uses a Popsicle to torture a guy (by convincing him it was a blowtorch and that it was burning off his nerve endings) considered a Brandishment bluff?
There's a James Bond movie where he gives someone a cigarette case, telling them it's a bomb with sensitive gyroscopes, and if he doesn't hold it perfectly level it'll blow his head off. I don't remember the movie's name...
