As much as I agree with the sentiment, trope renames have tho go through Trope Repair Shop.

It's kind of a dead horse trope since nobody uses old-style perambulators like that anymore do they? It'd be weird to see a modern stroller rolling down steps

Baby carriages? They're all over the place. I don't think they've gone out of style, and the danger of having them roll away is still present (if less likely due to most carriages and strollers having brakes nowadays).
The description, as it is currently written, refers solely to the baby carriage's use as a stock obstacle in a car chase. However, I've seen one example where it is a thing to be chased because it will otherwise fall off a cliff. I would simply remove the example if I didn't think the name was partly to blame.
Might I suggest Avoid The Baby Carriage or Dont Hit The Baby Carriage? Baby Carriage might then be used for any other appearance that's not too People Sit On Chairs, such as the above example, or when a hiding character is using it as camouflage (because he's small enough, or because she can pass as a mother).
