There really ought to be another trope for when cycles are played positively (and yes that does happen sometimes, The Mists of Avalon is a good example). Any ideas where to start with that?

Does All Periods Are PMS cover when a woman has one really bad period (due to, i.e., stress)?

Melissa Wolfe suffers from fatigue, aches and irritability every 28 days. The most eagle eyed around her may notice her irritability starts at the exact same moment she hears a phone notification, and anyone whom would disrespect her privacy and look at her phone will notice an app named Lunar Alert which comes with a very ominous countdown that ticks down until the next nightfall during a full moon.
Does Melissa Wolfe qualify as a Subverted Trope regarding All Periods Are PMS?
