Does "Destroy All Humans" fit what you want? You do play as an Alien and i believe at lease one of the games has a probe weapon.
Also, i'm curious, is the picture on this page really the best image for this topic? Wouldn't the X-Files "lights through the window" scene be far more iconic and less "random anime"?
has any body created a game where you abduct and experiment on humans? that would be really cool.
