Yeah, the description's second-to-last paragraph notes that fiction doesn't usually bother noticing the difference between acids and bases. I'd just make a quick note in the example itself, but other than that I'd say add it.

Thanks. I know it's all too common for household bleach to be used in real-life incidents of Domestic Abuse, and bleach being a corrosive substance... Yeah, some would say it's one of the most basic form of DV.
Basics such as bleach count for this trope, right?
