I imagine it would be in poor taste to try to make this longer than the Ugly Barnacle article.
TBMK, It may have been credited to Hemingway slightly earlier than the source cited in the article. I think I first saw it credited to Hemingway in Will Eisner's "Comics and Sequential Art", which was first published in 1985 and revised in 1990.
