There's likely a couple of reasons for this. First, they only released him and never saw him get sealed to begin with, so Future Mai may find no correlation to these two events.
Second, it's been at least a couple of decades since those events transpired. Between the world being destroyed by both the Androids, Cell and Black, and survival taking the main focus of everyone's lives, it's possible she couldn't recall it.

In chapter 20 of the manga, Goku, Vegeta, Future Trunks and Future Mai have gotten their butt kicked by Goku Black and Future Zamasu. They are lamenting that they can’t beat the duo (Zamasu being immortal) until Goku mentions a way to defeat the immortal Future Zamasu and begins to talk of a “powerful enemy“ that Master Roshi’s master sealed into a rice cooker. Future Mai looks confused. Why? In Dragonball, the original series before Z, Goku defeats King Piccolo and it was Mai, Shu and Pilaf who RELEASE him and the timeline only split after the Namek saga for both past and present timelines. King Piccolo even mentions the Mafuba to him.
