Just had a thought - Guido does crazy fast pitstops because in his native Italy, Formula One is far more prevalent than NASCAR. Considering that NASCAR stops usually take ~20 seconds, but F1 stops take ~2 seconds, suddenly, Guido's speed makes sense.
