It seems that cutting and restoring didn't make any difference.
The problem with the flags may be due to editing the page when using FR and then Fr. I guess only because you get problems with indexing with that as well and the flags are very hard to move to a new destination.

Yeah, dude, I just tested it it's the same page. Seems namespaces aren't any more case sensitive than TrOpEs.
