I know the Union J music video isn't made for the film, but seeing as how some may consider it cheesy, would it fall under the YMMV category of Narm?

YMMV is a rather specific sub-page - if you think it is worthy of being written up as Narm that badly then make that edit.

After all, YMMV is a sub-page dealing with subjective reactions, and while a lot of the time it's about "majority of people", often times something which stands out and provokes an extreme reaction out of a noticeable but not major part of the viewer-base can be added too.

With the first film basically explaining why superheroes wouldn't work in real life, could you consider this to be a demonstration of how super villains wouldn't work?

In a way, yes. But it's also another round of demonstration of why superheroes wouldn't work - the real-life consequences can catch up with one very quickly; once things start going down the "superheroes" aren't seen as ones but rather as "involved freaks" and they aren't above law even if they should be; even if you do the "right" thing those on the other side likely will want revenge and your family will not be safe.

On the other hand, if anything there was intentional then it was only because it was such in the comic the movie was adapted from, and anything else we add to it is just our own opinion (especially since the whole movie is made pretty much to get cash from people who liked the comic and the first Kick-Ass, even if it didn't stop it from being fun to watch).
