In the intro on the main page, why is "Roxanne" hotlinked to Unfortunate Names? I don't get it.

Having seen the midnight release last night, I would call Spirit of Vengeance more of a reboot than a sequel (just look at how vastly different the Ghost Rider is between the two. in the first, it's Johnny with superpowers. In the second, it's Johnny being possessed by an Axe-Crazy Tortured Fallen Angel)

I disagree with that. I watched it just yesterday, and dialouge within the movie suggests that the former is INDEED how it was at first, but that overtime the spirit itself began asserting greater control over Johnny, driven by its will to wreak Vengeance.

There's also the matter of the Devil. He went from a manifestation named Mephistopoles to an incarnation named Rourke. given how the whole reason no one killed Mephistopoles was because he materialized and vanished before anyone could try, this is a big difference.

Why would we expect any continuity overlap? Ghost Rider is not produced by Marvel Studios.
