I'm thinking of removing the Creator Backlash/Literature example for Michael Crichton's Jurassic Park/Lost World. This trope is supposed to be about creators disliking their own work, but the description provided here says nothing of the kind—merely that he was reluctant to write a sequel and that the larger franchise didn't have Crichton's involvement. Which has frack-all to do with the trope in question.
Ian Fleming's The Spy Who Loved Me is listed twice. I don't know the story behind it so I don't know which entry is better.
