According to this very wiki:

Ai from Detective Conan: Tsundere: Following her outrage towards being Locked Out of the Loop during the Mystery Train arc, Professor Agasa suggested she might an example of this, though Conan claims that she fails the "dere" part.

Ai from Video Girl Ai: Tsundere: Ai is a Type B aka Type Dere

Lina from Slayers: Tsundere: Specially obvious in NEXT where she blushes and stammers when Gourry calls her out and mentions his Bodyguard Crush on her and later when she has a brief but very intense breakdown after he's kidnapped by Phibrizzo.

Anna from Shaman King: Tsundere: She's very harsh on her fiance Yoh and is often torturing him with her trainings, but that's because she loves him very much and wants him to keep his promise to win the Shaman Tournament and make her Shaman Queen.

Faye from Cowboy Bebop: Tsundere: Great at charming men she doesn't actually care about. Usually a jerk to anyone who tries to get close to her, but she starts to care about Spike in spite of herself as early as "Ballad of Fallen Angels".

Pai from 3×3 Eyes: As Parvati, especially after some Character Development.

Tira from Sorcerer Hunters: Tsundere: Chocola (more tsuntsun) and Tira (more deredere). Carrot and Marron's mother Abricot in the manga qualifies as well.

And, errr, Ranma from Ranma ½: Tsundere: Harsh type towards Akane, who is just as tsundere back to him. Ranma is a complete abrasive and insulting jerk to Akane and absolutely refuses to admit any positive feelings he has for her. When it comes down to it, it's not hard to see he does care about Akane a lot and, as long as their feelings for each other are not being alluded to in any way, they get along pretty well.
