See N Say was one of the series of toys by Mattel. It had a pointer in the center pointing to different pictures. When you pull the string (originally analog toy) or the level (in the modern digital electronic toy), The pointer will spin while the announcer tells us the information. Like when you point to the cow in The Famer Says The farmer would say "The Cow Says....." And then you a moo from the cow.
