PM George Miller and ask him what he did with it, because just outright replacing it isn't kosher. I'm not finding any page in his history that he moved it to, either.
At best this should've been made into a disambig leading to "David Mitchell (Actor)" and "David Mitchell (Author)"

As a stopgap solution, I've seperated the pages by namespace and turned the creator page into a disambiguation. It's inelegant, but at least both pages are accessible until a better solution is found.

You are not supposed to use non-standard Namespaces like Actor/ and Author/

So what happened to the other David Mitchell page? It seems we ran afoul of One-Steve Limit, and I'm not sure how it can be differentiated.
