The last time it happened to me, it was because there was another troper modifying the page at the time, so after a while, the lockdown went away.
To be frank, I don't quite remember if the page still alerts you that there is someone modifying it, but I think it changed when the new redesign was instated. If I'm not mistaken, it doesn't alert you anymore.
I'm just wondering, what exactly happened here to warrant this page being locked?
