Does Nate really qualify as "Ambiguously Brown"? The logic that he's "darker than a supposed Caucasian" seems shaky and can be explained by him being in very sunny climates with little protective gear for about 80% of his life.

I agree. I mean Uncharted 4 clarifies it. He's basically a guy who's on the edge, an adventurer and an orphan. So it's more rugged than anything.
