Declined the cut request to preserve inbounds.

Currently sick, so less active. If a Trope Repair Shop thread needs attention, holler or ask an engineer.

The "Karmic Death" entry seems extremely suspect.

The trope is when the villain dies as a result of their own actions. Joel isn't the villain of the series - he's obviously the hero of the first game, and is a supporting character for one of the sequel's protagonists, Ellie.

Furthermore, the trope exists because of a need for certain media to have a clear-cut "villains get punished and absolutely never get away with bad things" approach. The Last of Us makes it very clear that the entire setting is morally grey at best, with almost every character performing morally questionable actions (even the "good guys"). As a result, this trope clearly does not apply here.

Should we maybe create separate folders for Joel and Ellie in The Last of Us versus The Last of Us Part II á la Star Wars – Luke Skywalker ?

I don't understand why most of the gay tropes are just gone. Seems...suspicious.

So Useful Notes/Homosexual was added after Badass Gay was removed, and then someone deleted Homosexual because it Isn’t a Trope (in a Character page)! And this feel just wrong!!
