Surely it is only jail bait if the boy or girl in question is under the age of consent? As it is clearly stated that you can legally have sex with a fifteen year old in Spira then there is no problem. I say cut it on account of factual inaccuracy.
And incidentally, sixteen is a very common age of consent throughout the real world so fifteen is hardly that unlikely.
