If you say In-Universe in the description and that it's discussed, it can stay.
That said, the description doesn't really fit Canon Sue so much as Born Lucky.

I had moved it under The Ace, but it seems like Born Lucky would fit better.

About half of the entry for Buggy Swires is actually about Wee Mad Arthur. I'll try to fix it later, if I remember.
I see that Canon Sue is a YMMV trope, and as such it should go to the YMMV tab.
Is there a way I can discuss it in Carrot's entry, as it's discussed In-Universe and one of his major traits?
