Them disobeying someone doesn't make it not awesome. It's considered awesome by someone probably because, well, it takes a lot of guts to stand up to a 100-foot-tall evil alien war machine that's bent on your utter destruction and/or subjugation.
True. Like I said, the humans standing up to the Decepticons isn't bad, The flying mind example is still up on my original comment. I still think that the action was more reckless and ineffective than others (Rock bottom comes to mind). The kids confronting Megatron gave off a distinct impression of grand standing (particularly Miko's death threats). The kids have done brave things, Jack stealing Silas's communicator was definitely one, but calling out Megatron, was more rash (and had no effect on him) than brave. Also, I have said, June's speech was considered awesome, in that she chastises the autobots, saying that children in a super battlefield as dangerous. Subverting the speech and having the kids willingly put themselves in danger seems to make some argument, and calling the subversion awesome, causes some paradoxal logic.
This page finally got some traffic. I am going to agree with LKB on this one, the human's were grandstanding, and personally I found that kind of annoying when they went up to threaten Megatron, Miko in particular. Still, I also think the humans do have good points, and are brave sometimes, this time however, they were just doing something more stupid than brave.
Edited by DrPsycheDamn, I barely even remember posting this, and it's only been a year. Yeah, hypocrisy about the paradoxical logic aside, I don't really care anymore if the moment stays, stuff like this is purely subjective, frequently abused in many subpages, but subjective nonetheless.

I want to delete a Awesome entry in the One Shall Rise part, specifically the part where the humans confront Megatron. Personally, I saw the humans were stepping out of line, and were pretentious and kind of stupid for going up and threatening Megatron. More importantly though, their action contradicts what June had said earlier, she condemned the Autobots for bringing children into their fight (this scene was also considered awesome, though I do agree this entry, as bringing children into an Alien war is dangerous), and they still go out to confront him anyway. I, by no means, hate the kids; Flying mind was a great show of their skill, standing up to challenges, and scaling threats was definitely "awesome." The kids have done some amazing things, but this isn't one of them.
