There were multiple requests on the Glitter Force talk page to do this and zero suggesting it stay at Glitter Force. Since no one had actually gone to do it and redirects outside main namespaces don't need moderator approval... I just went ahead.
Toei USA now sells the show overseas as Smile Precure!, with an English logo for it. Wikipedia decided that was enough to trump using the Glitter Force name and now both Doki Doki and Smile Precure are using their Japanese titles again on Wikipedia. And they have very strict policies over there on which international titles to use.
The entire page is based on the Japanese version of the show. The opening paragraph even uses the Smile name and doesn't mention Glitter Force until the very last part of the intro. The Japanese names are used in all the tropes unless referencing something unique to the Glitter Force dub. It's very strange to have the page content refer the Japanese title while the title of the actual page is referencing a foreign language dub.
Doki Doki! PreCure *also* has a Glitter Force dub with the title "Glitter Force Doki Doki", but it appears it was reverted back to the original title because every Glitter Force Doki Doki link redirects back to Doki Doki Precure. Consistency suggests that the same be done for Smile.
I've put in a mod request to redirect the video examples as that's the only thing I can't move on my own.
