Is it true that the dub's production began possibly in 2016, and ended in 2017?

• Anyone Can Die: For the first time since HeartCatch Pretty Cure!, someone in the Quirky Miniboss Squad has been Killed Off for Real. Episode 31 sees Bel outright kill Leva and Gula after taking their power.

The above doesn't seem like an example of Anyone Can Die to me - it's just two temporary villains that died.

• Happily Married Hot Dad/Hot Mom: Both Mana and Rikka come from warm and happy families with ridiculously young-looking and handsome/adorable fathers and mothers.

Hot Mom has been cut and Hot Dad might not be around much longer, so I think the example needs to be rewritten at least a little.
