I'd say yes. It seems like a general problem with left-aligned formatting.

Should/Could someone add an example of using quoteright and a page link together? E.g.:

I'm not sure if this is the best place to discuss this but I accidently uploaded the incorrect image. How can I remove it?

Can't do so. The system periodically deletes unused images.

What the Fu Are You Doing? has such an image/caption mark-up, so you can use it as a reference.

Can you keep a left-justified image (and mark its width) by using quote instead of quote-right?
