While interesting, I don't think this is something for here.

Oh it's online and you can google it and find writings and descriptions. It is clearly fictional and the description shows off its tropiness. We have other Web Original works that are half community half writing. This is a genuine case of There Is No Such Thing As Notability: it tells, by its medium, the story of a time and place by use of tropes. All else is not fundamental to a right to be here.
