About the D20Modern Wealth system: if the player wants to be a sniper and to buy a sniper rifle, how can he roll a 2 on his dice? Since taking 10 and taking 20 rules applies to wealth check (unless you are reduced to 0 wealth bonus)... If you really want that sniper rifle, you can take 20, can\'t you?
