It appears that lots of people seem to forget that only Malton is mentioned to be under siege from the zombies. There\'s no other mention of zombie out breaks else where, and it appears that Malton is the only place of the outbreak, considering that the military is still strong enough to not only quarantine the area but also provide supplies and help to the population.
