Should there even be examples for Anime and Western Animation? Generally VAs are older than their characters and in particular boys are often voiced by women (we have a trope for that) so as to avoid the vagaries of puberty. It might be better to put those two categories together with a note saying that in these categories the exceptions/aversions are more notable.
