First post: I agree that someone needs to clear up a few things regarding this trope. A lot of people tend to think that TheChick means \\\"that one member of the FiveManBand who\\\'s a girl,\\\" when in reality, that\\\'s not the case. I fell into this mistake once, where I wrongly assumed that the [[TheQuietOne quiet]] [[DeadpanSnarker snarky]] TokenLoli in a [[FiveManBand three-guy-and-one-girl-band]] was TheChick, when in reality she was more TheLancer. [[hottip:* :She rarely bothers to be [[TheHeart the peace-keeper]], and really doesn\\\'t follow the usual formula for this trope, save for being the \\\"odd one out\\\" and the {{only sane man}}, and of course [[TokenGirl the one girl]] in the group.]]
