While Jin isn\'t a CompleteMonster (really no one is in this game so far aside from Terumi and Relius), it\'s pretty obvious that he didn\'t consider Carl much of a threat. IIRC, he thought of Carl as a joke more than anything. It could perhaps be considered a MEH in the fact that Jin was enjoying himself way too much during that moment. Then again, due to time loops, it could be ignored, since Carl is still alive and well. If you plan to remove the MEH example, at least keep it as Disproportionate Retribution, because I think Jin was going a little too far there.
