resolved Cartoon episode about a compulsive liar who is being haunted by his dad's armchair Western Animation
I distinctly remember watching an episode of a horror-themed cartoon, where the main character recounts a story about a compulsive liar who is being haunted by his dad's armchair. In this story, the liar eventually decides to burn the armchair, but it comes back to attack him, at which point he wakes up and decides to clean up his act and reveal all the lies he told. Both the main character and the liar are children attending school.
What cartoon was it?
resolved Upbeat version of "My Heart Will Go On" Music
It has the same words, but it's faster and more upbeat. It's sung by a black guy who does a falsetto vocalization near the end of the song, and there's a small band playing the instruments, and having a great time. I for the life of me CANNOT remember who did it, and I've looked it up with different keywords, but I can't find it. Can anyone help?
resolved What anime does this image come from? Anime
A friend of mine sent me this image, and neither of us know what it's from. To be clear, I can tell that it's a variation of the "I'm Not Calling You a Good Boy
" meme, but based on how the character dresses, I believe it's from an anime/manga. They found it on Twitter if that helps.
resolved Woman fights kids in a bounce house to get a pregnancy test back Film
There’s a movie I saw the other day where a blonde woman takes a pregnancy test, but before she finds out the results, a little girl steals it thinking it was a marker and brings it into a bounce house full of kids to stop her from getting it. At one point, the blonde woman zips the bounce house shut and starts throwing kids, and finally get the test back from the girl by telling her that she peed on it. It looks like it was from the mid 90’s-Late 2000’s. I just want to find out the name of it.
Edited by Mitsy56resolved Graphic novel about a lead singer meeting the fiancé of a music producer and falling in love
In middle school I was reading a book about the lead singer in a band, here’s what I remember about the book. In the beginning the lead singer and his band just got of a plane and are in the airport the LS (lead singer) spots a girl and is instantly infatuated by her, later they meet their new record label and the guy in charge of it all and is a parody of the fresh Prince of Bel Air his show was like the king of so and so. Anyway we find out the girl in the beginning and and the record label head guy are engaged. The LS and the girl meet sparks fly and a whole lot of drama commences, anyway at the end after breaking it off and getting back together the book end on they staring at each other. And that’s all I remember and for the life of me I cannot remember the title Please help me
resolved Music anime I watched with my cousin several years ago Anime
So this is about to be the vaguest description ever but bear with me:
I swear it was a band anime of some kind, with the main love interests playing guitar and piano respectively.
The guitar guy was introverted and the piano girl helped him come out of his shell. There was one scene where the guy wrote a song for the girl and played it over the school intercom so she would hear it.
I also explicitly remember a scene where the girl tried to [play her instrument/write a song/something related to music] only to stop because of nervousness or something and say "nani?" I remember the nani part VIVIDLY but I can barely remember context.
resolved Anime with gender swap episode
I’m looking for this Anime I vaguely remember from when I was a teen. Don’t remember the name of it or the premise, but I think the cast were walking through a maze or labyrinth? I mostly just remember this one episode where they step on a marble that ends up swapping everybody’s gender. At the same time there was another group that also stepped on marbles, except they were turned into cats.
resolved Browser game where you train superhero expies Videogame
This was a browser game I probably played on Kizi
that I forgot the name of.
The premise is that you manage an organization that trains heroes to be great crime-fighters, and you win cash, reputation, and maybe gems (that give special battle effects) from successful fights. As you level up, you earn more heroes to your cause. Also, I think most of these heroes were Marvel Comics expies (like Iron Man, Thor, Hulk, Hawkeye, Captain America, etc.).
You start off with two or three heroes and two out of nine (underground) lots unlocked (the rest have to be purchased with money earned from successful battles), with the first serving as a default/rest area for the heroes, and the second a training room, likely with punching bags. There are four trainable stats, each enhanced by a certain training room (eg. the punching room enhances strength/attack, the treadmill room enhances speed/agility, I forgot the other two). The more you put a hero in a training room (which takes minutes irl), the more the respective stat goes up.
Battles come as they are announced, and a red siren is sounded as a pop-up window shows what crime is taking place and where. You can choose to dismiss these if you think your heroes aren't ready yet, but it will cost you some fans/reputation. The battles are automated and how well they fight depends on their trained stats. Said crimes can be minor like bank robberies, but near the end of a level, they have bigger stakes (like an alien invasion). As for gems (maybe earned from battles or elsewhere), you can give one to each of your heroes to enhance or give another special ability, but you can only hoard as many gems as your storage allows.
Edited by FaithfulMacabreresolved Realistic Fiction about girl hiking Appalachian trail Literature
It was a middle grade coming of age/finding oneself novel about a protagonist whose separated parents had named her after a mountain in Appalachia, and in order to disciver herself she runs away from home to hike the trail. She meets a trail buddy she nicknames Beagle, who's an adult she forms a crush on (it's not reciprocated). At some point her distant father finds her and tries to convince her to come home or at least go back to mom.
resolved Video game similar to Silent Hill Videogame
I forgot the name of this game but I remember the details vividly. It's set in a dark setting and the aesthetics/characters are reminiscent of Silent Hill. The plot is that the main character (a chick in an Ethereal White Dress) is trying to escape her Evil Uncle who wants to capture her and do experiments on her. The rest of the family was involved in his scientist shenanigans too. I think there was a wolf too.
resolved CGI Cartoon about a girl and an alien Western Animation
I remember seeing this clip where a girl helps this alien who is a space agent and she has the help of two friends, a boy and another girl. The clip in particular is of the alien agent is disguised as a janitor and hiding from a criminal who is after him because the alien agent disfigured him when the guy was a rookie, turning him into a blob. I think the show may have been Spanish?
resolved Kids Movie about insturments Film
I had this hardrive which i watched a shitton of content from their. I would sometimes check it out to see the bizarre content their, but i since got a smart TV which (it think atleast) makes it unable to watch the drive. Now one of the movies was a badly CGI movie anthro insturments. I forgot what was the plot, but i rememeber the title had X somewhere or maybe started with that. But there was a scene in which (I think it was Fairy tale/bedtime story in universe) their insturments (like xylophones I think) and notes, and then their were evil insturments who would steal the notes in bubbles. And I rememeber being weirded out by that. I think this movie came out on dvd in Czechia, and released in i think 2006-2009. The main protagonist was a kid insturment. Help would be needed to find the movie's name.
resolved Donate years of life to extend a friend's life Western Animation
I didn't actually see this, but a friend described it to me. He only vaguely remembered it from his childhood, and he was born in the 1980s so this could be a 1990s movie.
- An animated movie. It's possible that it was a TV show or a TV special.
- A group of friends went on a journey or quest to find and rescue their friend. The missing friend was somehow hurt or handicapped, possibly in a wheelchair.
- It was a fairly typical fantasy adventure that seemed appropriate for kids, but the ending became unexpectedly serious:
- A powerful entity such as the Grim Reaper or an angel was reluctant to release the captured friend, saying that he only had a limited time to live (one or two years of life remaining).
- The friends each agreed to donate a portion of their own lifespan to add to their handicapped friend's lifespan so he would have longer to live.
I tried searching Death's Hourglass and Living on Borrowed Time but with no luck.
resolved Eureka episode number of 'Toplessness from the Back' page image?
What episode of Eureka is the page image from? As a fan of the series, it'd rather odd to have it as the page image but nowhere actually as an example. I would like to know so a fully informed example can be added in please.

resolved Mecha 3d cartoon
In general, I remember the CGI Mecha animated series, maybe an anime, but unlikely. There, the main character, at least in the beginning, could become smarter, thanks to the alien, who later became the antagonist. He was also in a team of three people, which was assembled by a short and fat guy, who led them to something like a stunt show, where the qualifying part was a test for assembling a disassembled 3D model of a robot, where the alien increased the intelligence of the main character so that he passed . And also the third there was a smart guy who, in this stunt show, ate carrots to think better, and his rivals slipped him a rat instead. Now, these are almost all the scenes that I clearly remember.
resolved Anthropomorphic fox/cat woman sings about wanting a neice Western Animation
So I originally saw this as a kid ( 90s, UK but could be imported) and it was either broadcast or a vhs I had.
It was a colour cartoon, I think had a cheap animation feel to it. World populated by Victorian/old fashioned animal people.
The scene/song I remember was a fox or cat woman, singing a villain song about wanting a niece. The line I recall was "Do you hear me? I want a niece!", very repetitive song number. Very angry fox woman! I remember her throwing items around as she half-dances about.
Her species could have been something else but she was orange/brown and "evil" looking, sharp muzzle and ears etc.
resolved Witch makes guy pull of panties scene? Anime
I haven't the first idea which anime it could ve, because I saw this long ago on Youtube.
What happened was that a guy and a girl were in some bedroom, discussing something. Then he couldn't control his body and stumbled about, before falling around and, somehow, grabbed her panties. Even though she had a skirt on, and then he sort of fell, pulling off her panties and seeing up her skirt.
He got a nosebleed, needless to say. I kinda remember there being a noise like a party horn, just a funny detail.
After that, the exposed girl quickly stepped off, and then she noticed another girl through her window. A witch with a voodoo doll, the one who had been controlling the guy. I dunno if she was out to steal underwear for something or just fooling around. There might've been a third person in the room with them. And I remember her visible crotch was obscured by a ray of light or such.
Can someone please help me, cause I just can't find it. Going crazy here. 🥲
Edited by Pepsilovin-pikaresolved It's not the golden boy Film
1 - There's a little boy said to be the reincarnation of the Buddha, he even punishes a villain sending him to a frozen hell... 2 - There's a girl from whom the boy is freeloading because she thinks she can profit from it... Even asking if he can predict the lottery numbers to which he answers that he can make the numbers he want appear in the lottery... 3 - There's a guy that acts as the Buddha guardian, but he keeps falling from a window with a loose frame, even coming back with the frame... and somehow the thing I remember the most about him is that he enjoys dog food...
The worst is I don't remember if the movie is japanese or chinese...

They ran on the Disney Channel and/or Toon Disney in the mid-to-late 2000s. Animated all in CGI. Not of the character spoke. Usually they'd air in-between episodes of shows.
One of the episodes was about a worm getting covered in gum. There was a fire involved in some way, even causing the gum to melt off, or the melted gum getting stuck to the worm.
