resolved Knight in the present Live Action TV
I remember reading about this show with a knight in the present, he's the only one who's a knight I think? the only other detail was that he was cursed to swap bodies with whoever he last wronged on his birthday, I'm not sure why, just that odd detail stuck out to me.
I tried finding it in the "A birthday, not a break" and "Freaky Friday flip" pages, but not luck.
Edited by Animaltamerresolved Trying to figure sources of Korean media from an ancient meme Live Action TV
Well somehow I had a nostalgia trip back to the later 2000s and noticed this particular Korean meme of Rainbow Tylenol
. Problem is, I don't know where the heck they managed to get their memes from. What were the names of those shows were used in the creation of this meme?
resolved Specific Doctor Who episode - Mandela effect Live Action TV
In which episode of Doctor Who did the Doctor tell Amy about the Mandela effect? He didn't call it that, but he talked about how people sometimes have memories that don't match up with reality. I'd like to get that quote.
resolved Puppet Airship Live Action TV
I seem to recall a show (possibly educational) about these puppet animals who lived on an airship.
There were transition scenes where I saw the airship rendered in CGI.
resolved Gumball-esc Puppet Show (Found!) Live Action TV
There was this one show I'm trying to remember that was once on Netflix back when it was still on the Wii. It was about this puppet kid trio (a black male who was the main character, a white female who either had a rabbit hood like Louise from Bob's Burgers or was voiced by the same person as Louise, & a white male that I know for sure had no visible mouth or pupils due to his clothing & glasses) who discover weird & paranormal things in their school every episode such as a gun that would swap over attributes of two items (Such as making orange bananas & yellow oranges), a golem made out of tables & chairs from the teachers lounge, or what I remember the most was a time machine in a hidden part of the school, one where you have to move a crank in order to push time by a small margarine.

resolved 1990s Brother in Apartment Live Action TV
A mid-to-late 1990s kids TV show about two brothers who live with their parents in an apartment.
The older brother (the main character) was around 11-12 and the younger brother was about 8. If I recall correctly, the older one would have these "imagine spots" to do with some life situation or another.
I remember some distinct parts of two episodes: One had the older brother in the park talking with his friends about germs, which then cut to an imagine spot where big bro returns home and finds his parents (in hazmat suits) have turned the apartment into an ultra-clean zone. They take the baseball mit he has and put in a bag and then it cuts to the little bro in a hazmat suit with a decontamination spray, laughing maniacally, before going back to reality.
The other moment was where the little bro thinks there's monsters under his bed. The wacky superintendent/handyman of the building (guy with a moustache) gave him "anti-monster spray" to use under his bed. The following morning, the kid has used up the spray can.
resolved A British superhero sitcom Live Action TV
I remember this sitcom about an alien being a superhero on earth wearing a yellow and red outfit. The only other thing I remember about it is that there was one episode where another character makes a deal with another alien (I think?) to get super powers too, but the alien tricks him to letting him use his body for it. The alien then shows off his powers, wearing a green and purple outfit, eventually challenging the main guy and loses, freeing the guy from the alien's control.
resolved Series about futuristic cops. (resolved: Space Precinct) Live Action TV
The series were about futuristic cops, using a flying "car" (I think it was/looked more like a small spaceship, and some episodes might have actually had them go to space, but it's been years since I watched it, maybe even in the previous century, so I don't remember for sure).
I remember a scene from one episode, where one of the cops had his kid (daughter?) along when working, for some reason. She was told to stay in the "car", while the cops investigated something. The vehicle exploded/got blown up while they were away, with the frightened cop thinking his kid died, only for them to appear from elsewhere, since it turned out they left the vehicle beforehand.

resolved Sepia-toned afterlife Live Action TV
This might have been a movie; for a bit I was sure it was the HBO adaptation of Angels in America, but I just rewatched that and it wasn't that. I mostly just remember a particular scene. As best I remember: the main character finds himself in a monochromatic afterlife (maybe heaven, maybe limbo). It's very rural/pastoral - you know, trees, dirt roads, fields, etc. I think he meets multiple people, but he definitely meets at least one: a little girl who is heavily implied to be God, or maybe Death. The main character might be dying or might be already dead, and I dimly remember he's trying to either not die or not go to hell. This is very vague - sorry - but I feel like it was relatively recent (something produced within the last decade), so if it jogs anyone's memory, please let me know.
Edited by LaughingGirafferesolved Help me find the crime TV show Live Action TV
I need to find the name of this TV show and the season and episode. A woman who was a Navy seal was holding people hostage on a train or subway until she got more information on her son’s wrongful conviction in her mind. The woman’s son killed his sister by pushing her down the stairs.
The main point of the interrogation was that there was a 45 minute pause between the interrogation and the confession.. they interviewed the killer in jail who said they were high at the time of the killing. The woman holding the people also had a Killswitch that would detonate just by touching her heart.
I believe the son's name was Jacob and the daughters name was Emily. father also said to Jacob, that it was time to step up for what he had done. The sister had broken her neck, the mother wrote the book on bombs, I am not confident on the names.
Specifically focus on the 45 minute pause,, the mother writing the book on bombs, the son admitting he was high at the time of the killing and the mother playing a voicemail for the detective from the daughter saying that she would get her own dinner. .
For other facts, they were doing the interview with the son in jail, and the specifically said I was so high. She was in so much pain. The father specifically told the son it was time to step up and admit what he did. I also did watch this on Facebook, but I cannot find the video.
resolved US kids show with animals or something Live Action TV
I know it was airing in the late 90s, maybe early 2000s but forger what channel. Maybe Animal Planet? Probably one of the non-cable stations if not. Pretty sure it involved some sort of game show with puppet animal hosts or something? I remember an episode where one of the hosts was getting antsy about a lot of the contestants or something being carnivorous and seeing him as a meal or something though that just may have been a gag.
resolved 2000s or earlier sci-fi/horror/mystery live-action show where unexplained phenomena mutates plants Live Action TV
The show takes place in modern times. One night, some kind of weird unexplained phenomena happens a-la Roadside Picnic. The rest of the show is about discovering its effects and figuring out what it was. Things I remember:
- The phenomena was some weird glowing flying geometric shapes and some kind of sound. (I'm not 100% sure on that, actually. I might be mixing this up with some other media.)
- One of its effects was Body Horror-esque mutated plants. I think I remember the characters looking at vegetables in someone's garden and it had like... teeth or something.
- I also remember that the people living there were affected too, but I don't think they were mutated physically. I think they were either driven insane or mind-controlled.
- The phenomena might've been caused by aliens. Or it might've been just a theory the characters were throwing around in-universe. I honestly don't remember.
- I feel like the show ended very abruptly, so it might've been canceled early. (Or maybe the rest just wasn't aired in my country.)
resolved Series from the 70's about a family who traveled back to prehistory Live Action TV
This series was aired around the 1970'a (at least in Brazil). It featured a family who somehow traveled back in time to the stone age, and had to survive against the odds. They live in a house with a rolling stone as a door, and the father usually had a solution to the problems.
Edited by good-morningresolved Sitcom about a son and his estranged father Live Action TV
OK, I'm looking for an old, pretty obscure TV Sitcom, from the late 1980s or early 1990s. Probably from the US, but maybe some other Anglo country (Canada, Australia? Not sure.) It's about an estranged son returning (after years, or even decades, it seems) to his old father. The father is a Deadpan Snarker if there is one, and probably a widower, I'm not sure because I only know the trailer and some small bits I saw while zapping.
The son looks a bit like Emilio Estevez (not the one of today, but at that time), and the father reminds me a bit of Martin from Frasier, but I'm sure the series is not Frasier.
Anyway, the series starts about like this: The son (short brown hair) is standing in the door of the father's house and wants to come in, and the father (full grey or white hair, no glasses) isn't pleased. (The dialogue is paraphrased, because I only know the German dub.)
- Son: "Hi!"Father: (forgot)Son: "Don't you know me anymore?"Father: (forgot, but answers in the negative)Son: "But I'm your son, <name>!" (I think he was named George, or Martin.)Father: "So what?"Son: "Can't you let me in?"Father: "Why should I?"Son: "But I've got something to tell you!"Father: "What is it?"Son: "I'm freezing!"Father: "That's all?"
Then, I remember a different scene from the first or second episode. Apparently, the father did let the son in (of course, otherwise this would be a very short series). An older woman (the housekeeper, I guess) is shocked and tells the father that she saw a naked man in the bathroom (guess whom). To which the father only reacts like "Then you saw more from him than I did."
Anybody knows this TV show? It ran on the ARD station, in the Vorabendprogramm (18-20 o'clock).

Edited by jormis29resolved Innocence project type Legal show Live Action TV
early 2000s/prehaps lat 90s about a legal team who did an innocence project type thing, investigate old crimes and prove the innocence of people incarcerated for them.

Edited by jormis29resolved Comedy sketch about begging country Live Action TV
I recall a sketch on a sketch comedy series from some time in the 1980s which was an "in depth report" about some 3rd/4th world country whose only product is begging. The President/PM/etc. is chosen by who can beg the best. It shows the president/PM/etc. driving up in his limousine to a poor street beggar. The president then begs at the street beggar, who gives the President a bit of fluff/dust from his begging bowl. My memory, which may not be correct, is that the president is played by Richard Deacon and that the show was Not Necessarily the News, but a skim of IMDB suggests that one or both of these are wrong since according to that Richard Deacon never appeared on _NNtN_ or any other sketch comedy series. Thanks.
resolved Grimm Live Action TV
Does anyone remember if there was a tabletop rpg based on Grimm, or am I just making things up?

I remember a TV mini-series or show about a man whose father, the creator of a popular children's TV show, had died recently and attends the funeral at his childhood home. However, as he tries to participate, he keeps being transported to the world of his father's show and interacts with the characters. Spoilers for the ending, the son takes on the show's helm and helps continue it much like his father did. Does this sound familiar to anyone?
