resolved An episode when a guy brings a woman to a RPG game as part of a date Live Action TV
I remember an episode of a TV show from the 2000s or late 90s about this woman who goes out with handsome guy and at the end he brings her to a group playing a tabletop RPG game like Dungeons & Dragons or some sort of similar stand in. The guy wears a cape and I think a pointy wizard cap and the other players are all your stereotypical fat nerdy types.
The woman is horrified about being there with nerds so she calls up her friend and her friend says her son plays it and the game only finishes when the in-game characters die. So she tries to get her character killed by attacking another player's character. A different player tries to save the other and after a dice roll the different player's character is decapitated and the head rolls into a lake.
Don't know the origin but I'm guessing American.
Edited by jormis29resolved puppetshow? Live Action TV
I'm looking for an American/English tv show I watched in the 90's in the Netherlands. It was about a family of rabbits or something like that and their neighbors. I'm pretty sure the neighbors were the main characters. Also in one of the house was a mouse holes in which the villains lived who were looking for a magic crystal. I think it was a puppetshow and it definitely wasn't a movie
resolved Solved it's madan senki ruykendo Live Action TV
As the title says I'm looking for an sentai esque show that I don't think ever got adapted. In the first episode the main character comes into town and sees the police force prepare to fight of foot soldiers. The secret base is under the police station and the boss is under cover as janitor in the station. They use keys, stolen from the bad guys who use them to create monsters, to create new weapons/ powerups and their morphers are also their talking weapons. The hero uses a sword the other member a gun and eventually a third member using a lance or spear showed up.
Edited by dutchguy1986resolved Spy Show Live Action TV
Alright, so, there's this old show about spy kids that juggled with school and work and they were a part of MI... 6? 7? There were three main characters and their mentor, and... I think it was on Disney XD? Not sure. It's probably from around the mid/late 2000s.
resolved Man gets hands cutt off in farming equipment? Live Action TV
All I vaguely remember is this was a live-action television show...maybe an anthology of some kind? There was a an older man who I believe was a farmer. He gets his hands cut off in an accident with some kind of farming equipment and struggles back into his house and uses his face I think? to call his sister and have her call an ambulance. That's all I remember!
EDIT: now that I think about it, I'm actually pretty sure this wasn't an anthology... I think it was a true story/documentary with re-creations and an interview with the guy it actually happened to.
Edited by donatello-is-the-fellowresolved TV show and episode name Live Action TV
There's this TV show and an episode that I'd like to know, it was in the '90s. I only remember a teen boy and a teen girl (blonde hair) at school. They both agreed that the boy will take a picture of the girl naked in the boy's shower room. After taking the picture, they heard someone coming and ran. The girl hid a boy's locker. The gym coach (black guy) entered the scene and the teen boy tried to play innocent. The coach didn't notice the girl inside the locker. Afterward, the coach scold the teen boy for not locking his locker and closed it for him. After the coach left, the panicked boy say he'll try to find a way to open it and ran. The teen girl was obviously not pleased.
That's all I remembered. Any ideas? Thank you all!
resolved Old Kids' Show featuring living animal dolls Live Action TV
This was back in the early 2000s. 5 animal dolls (one was a bear, another a monkey if I remember correctly) lived around a family home. At the end of the day, they'd sit on a shelf and go to sleep as the owner (a kid whose face is never shown, only his shadow) ended each episode by counting each doll and saying something like "5 special animals."
I remember one episode involving the kid wanting to watch a rare comet in the sky but unknowingly misses it, so the animals get together and shine a flashlight outside to make him think he saw it.
resolved Mockumentary about pretentious photographer Live Action TV
I saw a british mockumentary, a comedy centered on a pretentious photographer and his younger, somewhat goth girlfriend. He's portrayed as a ridiculous loser who assumes his random pictures of trees in black and white are high art, and she's obviously dating her to piss off her parents. I remember two scenes in particular:
- The girlfriend is going on a nihilistic rant about how people are sheep, and she lights a cigarette to look cooler, but she misses the tip with the lighter and "smokes" the unlit cigarette, until the cameraman says the cigarette is unlit, she gets mad and tries to light it again - burning half the cigarette off.
- The photographer shows some of his pictures to a critic (or gallery owner) and the critic, while very polite, trashes him - he says "I think you're using words you don't understand" and "this pictures have absolutely no meaning".
resolved Superman spoof from the 70's Live Action TV
Hello tropers !
I am currently looking for a TV show (it might actually have been an film, but I'm not sure) I watched (on rerun) when I was young.
It might have been from the 70's, and I think the whole point of the show was a superman spoof.
I remember a scene from an episode where the backstory is about a pet bird that somehow acquired a super strenght.
The dialog goes like this :
Policeman [pointing to the sky] : It's a bird! No, it's a plane! No...
Spoof Superman [handing a birdcage with the bars damaged] : No, it's a bird!
Does any of this ring a bell? Thank you!
Edited by Fauvelusresolved timetravel Live Action TV
I don't know when it aired but what was the name of the time travel show where the main characters refused to let someone fix the malfunctioning timemache and instead go after the criminals immediately despite the whole time travel thing?
resolved Stop motion dinosaurs from the 70s or earlier Live Action TV
The Fantasy Island episode "One Million BC" features Stock Footage of stop motion dinosaurs that look like plastic toys. One shot has a T-Rex biting a triceratops around the waist, leaving dabs of blood on it. The triceratops responds by goring the T-Rex with its horn, putting a small hole in its stomach. There are also shots of an erupting volcano over a jungly landscape, which may or may not be from the same show as the dinosaurs. Anyone know where this footage comes from? I mostly just want to know if the triceratops defeats the T-Rex or not.
resolved SOLVED - Children's serial with fugitive Native American teenage boy Live Action TV
This was an American or Canadian serial aimed at older children that I watched in the afternoon children's programming slot on BBC 1 in the UK in the late '70s or early '80s. It may have been repeated in the mornings during the school holidays.
The main character was a Native American or First Nations teenager who wrongly thought he had accidentally killed his bully in a fight and went on the run. The main memory I have is of the fight, as that was part of the recap at the beginning of each episode. The fight took place in a shallow stream and the teenager repeatedly said "Apologise!" as he was hitting the bully (I seem to recall the bully hitting the boy's Beserk Button was the reason for the fight).
I've done some searches through the archived listings on the BBC Genome Project and haven't come up with anything. Any help is appreciated.
Edited by Aspectiferresolved [Solved] Movie about a dog turning into human and by the end turns back into a dog Live Action TV
I remember watching this movie on Disney channel Philippines, where a dog turns into a human boy after drinking some strange chemicals from some scientists, I think, the owner helps the dog act like a person, later with his friends helping him and befriending the dog-turned-human. Eventually, the scientists find the dog-boy and try to get him to show the world. but the boy and his friends get him back and gives him a vial that's supposed to turn him back to a dog, at first it doesn't work but they think that he has to forget his time as a human and think more about being a dog, which they succeeded. One of the things that stood out to me was that at the start one of the scientist's experiments were lab rats, one of which had a human ear on its back, and another was that the dog-turned-boy was fond of hot dogs.
Edited by Animaltamerresolved British tv show about cops, two families and a pedophile Live Action TV
Hello One day when I was on You Tube I remember watching a tv show about two modern families, one was poor and trashy while the other one was sophisticated and I wouldn’t say you’re rich more like well off. They are well known in town for having a rivalry with each other and one night a son from the poor family is found murdered and the cops think that it was someone from the rich family. Now by the end of the first episode, you find out that the girl from the poor family and a boy from the rich family are dating in secret.
I also remember a female cop finds out that one of her male coworkers is a pedophile and he’s dating a teenager, Now her partner also knows but he tells her not to tell anyone because of some kind of coworker mentality I guess. The female cop does not take her male partners advice and keeps on looking into the male cops' activities with the teenage and he finds and jump her with two other, putting her in the hospital. In future episodes, the teen is missing and every cop in town is looking for her and it turns out that the pedophile cop is keeping her in a trailer or something.
And that is all I remember about this TV show can someone here please tell me the name of this TV show because I want to watch it again and again
Thank you and have a good day

Edited by Gamergirl101resolved Suite Life of Zach and Cody Episode (solved) Live Action TV
I remember watching an episode of Zach and Cody where their mom makes them Mac and cheese, but she does it wrong and it is uncooked and the cheese powder wasn’t mixed in right. Was this an episode? Or just something I misremembered?
Edited by Gamergirl101resolved Romeo and Juliet sitcom episode by way of superheroes. [Solved.] Live Action TV
There was a high-school sitcom with a laugh track, and an episode built around a production of Romeo and Juliet. The initial plan is minimalist as all get out (a confused actor doesn't have a sword, and when the director insists, starts to whap another actor with his script), and then... somehow, one of the main characters echoes his little brother's idea of doing it with superheroes, the director is actually intrigued by the idea, and... last I knew, it had gotten as far as colorful "superhero" costuming.
EDIT: On a note that probably won't help anything, right, it was one person in charge who was doing the play with nothing, and another somehow coming in who said, you're not doing that, are you?
Edited by Caswinresolved Netflix - Two Families “Share” a House Live Action TV
Hi everyone!! So to preface I saw about an episode of this back in like 2019-2020 and it was in Spanish (but I can’t remember if I put on Spanish dub or thats what it’s originally in). It was comedy-drama about a wealthy family going broke and having to live in a house connected to another family, but they have this feud. The other family works in a sea-side market and I think the kid of one family likes the kid of the other? I believe they were also both single parents, one of all girls and one of all boys. It is not “The War Next-Door” fyi. Any help is appreciated, thanks!

A few scenes I believe belongs to the same work :
- A scene in the begining : In the near future, great cities are subjected to bouts of acid rain. There is public announcement when a shower is coming for bystanders to take cover. Our hero (a twenty-something young boy) has his "Save the cat" moment by helping an elderly woman trapped under the rain, and taking her to a shelter.
- The hero, among other people embarks on a vast spacecraft/ space platform. An automated sondtrack informs the newcomers there is a "multiconfessionnal chapel" aboard. (We don't get to actually see it, I think).
- The spacecraft/platform is attacked. An eccentric handyman propose to build a cannon. "A Cannon? This prehistoric weapon?!" utters the hero. (They build it eventually).
Does any of this ring a bell ? Thank you.
