resolved Old sounding song with funny line Music
Ok, I remember in about 2009 or so my mom was listening to a song (not sure if it was on the radio or a cd) that sounded pretty old (40s or 50s) though it could have just been Retraux. It had a male singer, was slow tempo, and had some funny line which was something like : "If I knew why the roses grow, I would know why the roses grow." which both my mom and I thought was pretty funny.
resolved specific strip from foxes in love
i recall a strip from Foxes in Love where one of them suggests painting "yes" and "no" on the sides of their car in case anyone they pass by is looking for a sign. obviously archives of the whole comic are easy to find but i can't find this specific one
resolved "Soldier" song Music
This
joke video is an I. M. Meen-themed parody of some song I don't know. I can barely make out any of the original lyrics under the vocals there, the title "one meen soldier" is too generic for any leads, YouTube's auto-music finder didn't turn up anything, and it's the video itself has barely any views, resulting in only one comment that isn't a reference.
What song is this?
resolved Creepy Piano Music Music
So, there's this piece of creepy piano music, you can hear it right here
, but I also hear it in iceberg videos. What is it?

resolved What fic is this from?
I was going through the CurbStompBattle.Fan Works page to do some edits and found this example being all commented out:
- Curb-Stomp Battle: The vast majority of the Tarnished's battles are offscreen, as he casually slaughters his way through mooks without a scratch. His battles against named enemies, on the other hand, are absolutely humiliating beatdowns that he often starts by removing most of his equipment.
It didn't matter what the Fell Omen did, nor how he fought. A frantic energy had seemed to fill Margit as he realized he was being humiliated and embarrassed. No one was around, her own presence was completely hidden, but it didn't matter. The Tarnished and the Omen both knew the same thing... one of them was entirely outmatched here, holding on by the skin of their teeth... and it was not Melina's chosen Champion.
I know absolutely nothing about Elden Ring, much less its fics, so if anyone can help find the page, I'll be grateful.
resolved Beast People? Western Animation
Ok so I didn’t actually watch it, which is gonna make this a lot harder.
Im pretty sure it was on Netflix.
It wasn’t in English, not originally atleast, but I watched the intro in English so it had a dub option.
It was animated, but not 3D or traditional 2D. Kinda Wolf King or Arcane style? Or it was live action and I’m just dumb-
I can’t remember the plot well, I think there were these beast folk that liked to off people?
And the opening scene of the first episode was a close up of the Queen talking about an intruder I think?
I think they may have been called Wulvers or something along those lines.
Edit! It was Klek’s Academy
Edited by Zee-Trayhorneresolved WiggleWood Web Original
Wiggle Wood is a series of funny animated shorts done in the manner of cutscenes in an old computer-based RPG from the 90s, complete with pixel art graphics and intentionally subpar voice-acting. As of now, there are four main characters. A barbarian wielding a sword, a wizard dressed in blue and yellow, Wormdahl the evil wizard (and the only known character with a name), and a succubus who is Wormdahl's reluctant companion. One such example of a short is "Magician's Brick", where the barbarian and wizard encounter a magic-proof orc guarding a bridge before the wizard tosses a brick at its head and killing it instantly.
Edited by Caeden113resolved Superhero workplace comedy Webcomic
I'm looking for a webcomic, the main character starts working for the agency in the first chapter and just every other chapter ends with her talking a human/lizard hybrid bartender who used to be a super villain. Other characters include a superhero costume designer with a crush on the mc, a flying brick and his former nemesis a mad scientist who share an like an old married couple relation ship. The mad scientist in one chapter get replaced by an android double. There is also the mc's demon mother and brother who at one time replaced her to steal something from the agency/make sure she got a better job.
It's not supertemps
resolved Charlie Brown & Snoopy - "Dear Joe Claus" Western Animation
I swear there's a line in the old Charile Brown and Snoopy Show, but I don't know what episode it's in.
Sally is writing to Santa and begins her letter to him "Dear Joe Claus". Charlie Brown corrects her, both hear something on the roof, and he says its probably "the TV repairman". Cut to Snoopy in a scoutmaster outfit on the roof, in the rain, followed by Woodstock and some other birds.
Ring any bells for anyone?
resolved Big Bang Theory episode. Live Action TV
I remember a scene where Howard is making jokes and Leonard tells him he could be a professional comedian. He sacastically responds that a Jewish comedian would be a novelty. But Bernadette, not getting it, sincerely asks if aren't a lot of comedians actually Jewish.
resolved Late 2000s/early 2010s space themed kids "game/adventure show" Live Action TV
I'm trying to remember the title of some strange show i remember seeing on kids tv I want to say around 2009/10 time that I believe aired on either cbbc or cbeebies in the UK. I can't exactly remember the premise is but what I remember it starts by introducing the contestants and transporting them into a cgi-spaceship sort of place. It was basically the contestants head on a cgi model I believe? Dialogue was dubbed over and they didn't actually directly speak. The next thing I remember is that one of the challenges is to answer an "impossible question" one question I specifically remember is "how long is a piece of string?" And the answer they gave being "twice the length of half a piece of string" the final part i remember from the show is that if a contestant completed certain challenges it would cut to something happening on earth, for instance a man painting his house yellow for some reason. That's basically all i remember, if anyone knows what this is I would appreciate it.
resolved looking for a book Literature
I'm looking for a book that I never read but came across the a tropes page for. From what I remember it came out after 2000 (possibly even after 2020) and is about a killing spree taking place in a small town/village. I think it was mentioned that some of the parents of the teens got killed in the killing spree were knowingly involved in it
Edited by dutchguy1986resolved Ending of an episode of a live action show Live Action TV
When I was younger and would watch my shows, one of the episodes of a show I liked (I'm not sure which one) had the ending of a previously aired episode from another show before it. The clip consisted of some guy in a box answering other people's questions by slipping out a piece of paper with the answer on it. I remember one question, asked by another guy, "What is the capital of Norway?" and the box responded Norway City. Then, this girl with an accent (I'm not sure which kind, maybe Spanish?) said "The capital of Norway is OSLO." And then something happened where the guy in the box freaked out and ran or something similar like that. It was very likely probably a Disney Channel show, I'm just not sure which one, would appreciate it if anyone knew. Thanks!
Edited by lunaloud45resolved A dollhouse game that was on the App Store
Basically it's a paid game about a family where you can dress them up and have them explore places like a hospital, school and shopping street. There is the nuclear family (mom, dad, 2 kids and a baby) and the girl is has short brown hair.
And that's all I remember from it but I was obsessed with it as a kid.
Edit: I found it: it's my My PlayHome :).
Edited by Ayumi-chanresolved Cartoon about monsters Western Animation
This used to be on Cartoon Network I think. The show's plot was that monsters were real and the main characters had some as pets. There was also a goth girl who looked like a boy and people would call her a boy. In turn she would scream "I'M A GIRL (person's name)! I'M A GIRL!"

Tomato in the Mirror has an entry "In a World's Finest issue, Superman and Batman, after being put through a gauntlet of trials especially designed to mess with their heads, reveal their secret identities, and then ask to be destroyed. Turns out that these were actually robots meant to perfectly emulate the two heroes, and realize that they're just imperfect copies because they didn't have either hero's mental fortitude."
Does anyone know which issue this was? I tried looking up Superman robot and Batman robot appearances and couldn't find it.
