openMega Man fan-game with female character. Videogame
I am searching for a Mega Man fan game. This is what I remember:
- It had a playable female character. She was blonde with a ponytail and she wore an armor similar to Mega Man's but hers was red and pink.
- Mega Man might or might not have been playable (am not sure). If he was, then I remember that the playable character was kinda flirty with Mega Man.
- The female character might have been Roll but am not sure.
- The art-style was similar to that of either Classic Mega Man's 3-6 or to that of Mega Man X1-X3.
- I think it had a female Boss that was either themed on a plant or an insect.
And that's all I can remember. Also, I know for a fact that it wasn't Rokko-Chan or a game like Mega Man Rock & Roll (because Roll's armor doesn't fit my memory).
open(SOLVED)Manga where a catgirl gets flattened by weird invention? Anime
I think the scene in question happened in a school's printing room. The catgirl stood too close to one of the machines and her tail got caught in the rollers, dragging her through. She's unharmed, but stuck in a paper-thin state. She runs off to find the scientist who made the machine so that he can restore her to normal, which if memory serves is achieved with a (possibly oversized) microwave.
Edited by RadayamopenA short horror film about a boy coming back home... Web Original
...and his family isn't home, but he's not concerned because, and forgive me if I mix up some details, he either gets a text or finds a note saying that they'll be back later and I think some money to buy pizza, so for the rest of the short there's a lot of tension and teasing that the boy may not be alone and that he'll be attacked or killed at any point, I remember distinctly that the boy is walking around the house, and this may be another thing in the note or text from his family about putting the laundry in the washer or dryer because he passes by the laundry room more than once and it's always on.
The tension keeps building up, in the classical way in which we're expecting a jumpscare or anything surprising happening any moment now, but nothing like that happens, because instead the boy finds something or realizes something is wrong, and pieces things together about the message left by his parents (maybe about the handwritting? not sure...) the details of what happens later is a little fuzzy in my head, but something that always stuck to me was the final scene which is a cut to the laundry room with the washing machine still running, and it was either the red tint in the water seen inside or maybe a bloodstain, but the implication was that while he was away, his family was murdered and their remains were put inside the washer.
I remember seeing the short some years ago in Youtube, and I've been trying to find it for months without success ;-;
Edited by RoseBrideopenInsurance Co. Holuday Commerical
I remember a commerical from the mid-to-late 2000's, I think it was for an insurance company, that had a family celebrating every holiday at once to save on money. I remember the father telling his kids to go put on their Halloween costumes while he hides the Easter eggs. Anybody know what commerical that was?
openInteresting way of dodging a truck Anime
At least I think it's anime. A character is in the middle of the road and sees a semi coming at them. Instead of running away they use their superpowers to make the truck suddenly split in half, go around him/her on both sides without slowing down, then rejoin once past as if nothing happened.
openAPP Timmy time Western Animation
It’s a show about Timmy, Shaun’s nephew and his baby animal friends
openManga in which an elegant lady is massaged into bread Anime
I can't recall the exact context of the scene, but it involves a couple of characters watching a beautiful woman(who may have been a princess, goddess, or otherwise of high status, as she was respected/admired in-universe) receive a massage from the supposed best masseuse in the land/world. The observers are shocked when the masseuse proceeds to kneed the woman as if she was made of dough, to the point that she becomes little more than a ball with a face. The masseuse then either bakes her or steams her while she's in this form, after which he molds her back into her original human shape. Not only does the woman appear to enjoy the entire process (she has a "^_^" face while being cooked), but her skin is perfectly smooth afterward. When the observers are gawking at the results, one of them remarks that they'd like to experience it themselves, to which another of them notes that the masseuse apparantly has an absurdly long queue.
openIrish/Celtic mythology show? Western Animation
i distinctly remember watching this show back in the early 2010s. it centered around celtic mythology and looked like something made by cartoon saloon ( song of the sea, wolfwalkers, etc. ). not sure if it was made by them though, because i looked at all their works ( or the ones i could find, at least ) and couldn't find a match.
so anyways, here's the details i remember:
THE INTRO: the show was animated, but the intro was live-action. it was a bird's-eye view of some city at night. then, it zoomed into this roundabout and in the middle of the roundabout there were these three grassy mound things. golden swirl patterns began appearing on the mounds and they kept growing until there were these giant glowing portal-looking things on the mounds. then, it zooms into the portals and it all goes white. then the light fades and the episode starts.
THE EPISODES: i remember watching two episodes. i'll put both of them down here, in the order i watched them.
FIRST EPISODE:
- this one was surprisingly similar to the song of the sea. maybe it was, and i just got it mixed up with this show because they were about the same topic. or maybe it wasn't. i dunno.
- one of the sea gods was involved. can't remember whether it was lir or his son manannan mac lir, but one or the other. whoever it was, he looked like a typical human and had tanned skin and was either blonde or ginger. though early on in the story, he transformed into this giant, melty, dark blue fish monster thing. at the end, he turns back thanks to this weird seabird lady.
-the seabird lady was this slim black woman in a gray hood. i can't remember what kind of bird she was exactly, but either a seagull or puffin or something like that. also she was magical and had fae/otherworldly ancestry.
SECOND EPISODE
-everything in this episode has a warm color scheme. a lot of oranges and yellows.
- the first scene after the intro is of some red-headed kid running through a forest in autumn. at one point, they reach a clearing, where a stag is standing on a rock. upon seeing the kid, the stag runs deeper into the forest.
-a scene that's been stuck in my head for a long time is of a field on a sunny day. the field has tall grass with small red, orange, and white flowers everywhere. in the field, there is a stage platform. the platform is shaped like a semicircle and made of wood. the back part of the stage has a worn-looking curtain and a backdrop made of some woven material that looks like a bird's nest. there's a bunch of people who look like typical medieval bards taking turns to perform on that stage. then, the redhead kid i mentioned earlier goes on stage carrying this giant lute ( or psaltery? something like that ) that's like the size of their whole body.
-unlike the first one, i can't remember how this ends.
Edited by noodlesnookopenWomen goes into a restroom sign Western Animation

I am not sure of the name of the medicine it's advertising, I think its something like H20 Evanso or something like that. I have been looking for that commercial everywhere but I can't find it. Edited by Richard100openIt's on my memory for years Western Animation
I think I'm only watch a episode when I was like 10 years old, mayber less older. I believer it was about two girls that are kinda of rivals, one is blonde and other has medium hair and is dressed in red clothes. One of them is called Regina or have a name that is close or sound similiar and they seem to be in middle-school. The only thing I could remember from the episode I saw was that it was about one of them doing a magic trick at something like a talent show. I'm 18 if that could help in something and english is also not my first language, sorry if there's something that you couldn't understand.
Edited by SaneKopenAt the end of my researching rope. Please help. Live Action TV
Seen around 1997/98. A small group of men were exploring tunnels, with sandy walls and short ceilings. Tunnels in a desert sort of setting. They were searching for something and were afraid. One of the group had the idea to implant some of his shotgun shells into the walls as they moved through, to make a trail, in case they got lost. Eventually they found a chamber with a sleeping woman. She was laying in a bed that was surrounded by a sheer veil. Then they were attacked by many assailants (to my memory, these were mummies but perhaps not) Only one of the party managed to get away, escaping upward through a hole that leads to surface and into the light of day. Only to be dragged back down into the sand in a classic horror ending. Ring any bells???
openNeed a air conditioner commercial where it is mistaken for art
I need tv commercial for an air conditioner for Mistaken for Exhibit
- A tv commercial has a man impressing a woman by explaining the meanings behind various art works at a gallery. He comes to one that he praises for it sleekness and minimalism... then another lady reaches over and turns the air conditioner on.
openLow-Budget CGI Christmas Movie Film
There was this CGI Christmas movie I remember catching the tail end of many years ago on Cartoon Network. All I knew was that one of Santa's elves did something bad- try to take over Chirstmas or something, you know the drill- but was eventually caught. Santa told him for his punishment, he had go shovel the walk.
The elf replies "The walk? We have a walk? Where does it end?"
"Greenland."
The last shot of the film is the elf miserably shoveling a path through the snow away from Santa's workshop.
The actual style of the film was simple CGI, with rounded, simple shapes to all the characters' designs.
openCrime Drama Live Action TV
Only saw one scene while flicking through Facebook.

With the robbers dead the hostages flee out the front, followed by the main character a moment later who walking eating a slice of pizza without a care in the world. Just as the main character meets up with the chief the suicide vest in the bank explodes.
openold funny detective series Live Action TV
Searching for a funny detective series about an incompetent, alcoholic detective. Name might involve "Dick". Almost a parody of the noire genre. Mainly involved the detective screwing up traditional detective situations and having hilarious lines.
A few quotes, roughly:
Time passed like a glaucoma-ridden senior driving a big unfamiliar car in a strange part of town up a steep hill during a blizzard; which is to say, not all that quickly.
The thought of getting close to this dame was making me sweat harder than an obese geriatric in a jacuzzi- "What are you thinking about, Dick?" "Fat, naked old men. Sweaty ones." "..."
I need to check if this guy really was a priest. "Name an apostle." "...What?" "You heard me limp-dick, name an apostle." "Uh, Margaret. Margaret the apostle." "..." I made a mental note to only ask question I knew the answer to in future.
There was a whole episode where he picked a random name out of the phonebook and kept crank calling a guy, until he had a mental breakdown.
I don't know if this was on actual tv or just a series of youtube videos. I know I've found montages of "The best moments from [insert name of show here]" on Youtube before. Any help is greatly appreciated!
Edited by KolBardstromopenOld kids' novel about a boy named Sam who fears he's overweight Literature
There's this boy named Sam, who's staying with his grandfather. Sam nervously asks if he's fat to which the grandfather replies, "You're solid, Sam!" and the narration notes that he didn't really think that response through.
Also, at one point, the grandfather says, "Oh hell, I don't want to lecture you", which shocked eight-year-old me, since for a kids' book, that's a Precision F-Strike.
The visit ends with the grandfather offering a peppermint to Sam and the narration notes that "Sam took three, thought about fatness, and put one back".
openMovie with dead flies and creepy little girl? Film
I think this was a horror/vaguely supernatural movie. I was quite young when I saw and I only really remember two scenes. One scene was a group of people going to an abandoned house and there being a lot of dead flies, so many that the characters comment on the flies. The other scene is the ending scene and it's the main character (who was a woman that was possibly blonde?) driving away with a creepy little girl who she has now adopted. The little girl has telepathy(?) and when the lady tells her something like "the two of them will be safe now", the girl responds asking "what about the baby?" She says it's a boy and the lady is shocked, but doesn't say anything else I think. Then the movie ended. Sorry if this is really vague, but it's all I remember. Thanks in advance for any help!
openEveryone transfixed by the sky Live Action TV
I saw a clip of a scene where a young woman was running through the streets. A bunch of people are in the streets staring up. The young woman cannot get anyone to talk to her, like they're frozen. She eventually finds a police officer who is moving and acting normally inside a coffee shop. He says something weird that makes little sense and then goes outside and looks up.
I think this was from a television show or movie, 2000s or more recent. Any ideas?
openAn episode of a show where a guy changes his date’s fortune Live Action TV
An episode of (maybe a kids?) show where a guy is on a date at a Chinese restaurant with a girl. When she goes to the bathroom, he checks the fortune in her fortune cookie and doesn’t like what he reads. He then goes to the lady that makes the cookies and asks for a bunch of fortunes and opens them all until he finds one he likes. Then he uses a needle or something to put the fortune back into a cookie and puts it back on her plate before she gets back.

When I was about four or five years old I caught the credits of some show in my grandmother's house. The only things I can remember were the background footage being a close-up of a sunset and the music being a children's choir singing something (not sure what though). The only other things I recall are the credits themselves being in plain white text and both the text and the music stop when the sun disappears below the horizon. It's stuck with me ever since and I still have no idea where it came from.
