Okay what I remember about it was it was about a group of people who when they were kids made some kind of symbol, and later on in their lives they find out some sort of world dominating organization is using the symbol they created. I can't remember if it was just a manga or if it was an anime either...

I have vague memories of an anime that aired in Malaysia in the early half of the 90s. It involved a tank and at least an attack helicopter, and had two guys and a girl. I can't really remember whether the tank and another mecha and the attack chopper combined...
What I remember most is one ep with the chopper pilot gets shot down and is eventually captured by the big bad and crucified, and the dragon takes her time killing her by using a laser thimajig to slowly blast bits of her torn flightsuit off her, for great fanservice, which continued until the two guys showed up all Big Damn Heroes.
Last sequence of that ep had the chopper pilot being embarrased about her proposed new uniform, which was a sleek one-piece swimsuit.
so... yeah. anybody remember this?

It might have been an anime about mecha, but all I remember about it was that it had two kids (a boy and a girl, can't remember their appearances) and a scientist who was either raising them or fostering them (tall, black haired and bespectacled). The style of the anime was quite similar to Metal Fight Beyblade.
I had watched it dubbed in english and it seemed pretty old, maybe it had been created in the early 2000s...
So, halp?

Just a small question: Is the VN Jesus based on the manga of the same name? The Visual Novel index is directing us to the religious figure.

Can anyone tell me the original versions of certain scenes in this
Axis Powers Hetalia video?: the France's kung-fu-esque pose, the Switzerland/Liechstenstein and Austria/Hungary dance, the China jump down and kung-fu-esque pose, and the America plate(?) scene. I swear I've seen them before in other anime.

Does anyone know the episode of Bobobobo Bobobo where Beauty says "there's no crying in anime!"
open(SOLVED) Super-strong boy vs Medusa Anime
An anime about a young blond boy with Super-Strength in a greek mythology setting. He traveled with a Shoulder-Sized Dragon, a size-changing Faceless Eye, and a female magician. He wielded a sword that could also change size.
The Big Bad was Medusa, apparently a goddess in this setting. She could petrify with Eye Beams and targets immediately shattered. Arachne also made an appearance in one episode.

(I really wish this place had a way to set the medium as "fanfiction".) (^_^)''
A fanfiction for The Slayers that involves Lina an co going on a vacation to the island where Lina and Naga went in one of the OAV's, and L/G, A/Z and F/X having to get married. Because L-Sama was bored. And said so.
Or the world would end. >I
What I remember most about the story was that:
- It was funny, and it didn't take itself seriously.
- There may have been a wine talk about red -vs- white wine between Filia and Xellos
- The old guy that Lina helped in the OAV shows up as a ghost at one point, and Gourry freaks out when he realizes that Lina basically saved his whole line, and if she hadn't, he wouldn't have even existed.
- I think there was a comment about L-Sama taking Lina's shape, and by extension acting more like her.
- The three couples are about to get married when they realize they have no rings. One of them (Zel?) starts to freak out, and the priest tells him not to worry- it's not the end of the world! (But it totally is).
I thought it was on ff.net, but the filters and searches I did didn't work, so now I'm wondering if it *was* on ff.net and got moved, if it was there and it was deleted, or if it is there, and I'm just stupidly not seeing it.
So yeah... Does anyone know what I'm' talking about. ^^;;

Please can anyone tell me what's the name of the series : It's a series almost horror and thriller, i watched in French language. IT has a villain all dressed in black, a golden mask on his face. He has a ring that can control human minds. He also almost every episode at it's end, listens to a music box, a ballerina maybe or something like that. Plus there is somethings with his ring about green and red when he control minds. And a detective maybe always tries to catch him but fails.

it was a movie i saw as a little kid, it must be pre-2005 i think, it was about a kid that found an alien or some magical girl that needed him to recover a budist rosarie (mala) to recover her powers.
I remember some parts, in one the girl is very beautifoul and asks him to help him (she has blue hair), in other part he talks to someone after they have recovered a part of the mala that tells him that it was taken away from her a long long long time ago to prevent her from doing evil since she was very bad, almost a demon i think. in other part they are in a cave full of dripping water from the ceiling and just as the boy recovers the final part of the mala she tries to take it from him and when he refuses she turns into a monster, or a big head.... i think she turns into a giant Agyo or Ungyo head. After the boy is chased down by this "head", he destroys the mala and the alien cryes for the has lost her full powers forever.
At the end they are under a tree holding each other very romanticaly with cherry flowers falling from above... please help me!!!!

About 15 years ago on tv, I remember watching part of this animated movie. I don't remember much, I was around five when I saw it, but I'll try to list all that I can.
The scene takes place in a giant room, and in this room are giant pink flowers. I believe more are closed, there's at least one open. Standing in front of it is a girl in a flower themed outfit, I believe there's a skirt to it, and it's colored similar to the flowers. The girl's been brain-washed, or is under mind control, something that's taken her free will. There's a man in a chair behind her, and he motions her forward, and she walks to the flower, up an extended petal, and onto the inner circular part, turns around, and the petals start closing around her, trapping her inside.
After the flower has closed, these vines come out and grab her by the legs and the arms, raising her off the ground, and begin to slowly sap her energy, or it uses her as a power source. I vaugely believe it takes place on a space ship, and she, along with a bunch of other girls, are being used to power said ship, or something else, but it's still pretty big.
I've been looking for this for years, and this scene is really the only thing I remember about it. I never got a chance to find out what happened to the girl because I had to go to bed.

I think this one's more recent, and I watched it on some Anime on demand channel, but I don't remember the title. So basically, There's a young girl who is told she has special powers and is sent to some special school with her best friend, who is like, a genius. And There's a guy who controls fire. That's all I got for details other than I think the op featured the main characters like, cheerleading or something...o.o I feel like this one should be obvious, and it's been bugging me that I can't think of it.

Okay, so when I was little I watched this show. It had this girl fighting these monster things with a sword. It had quite a few references to Japanese culture in it, like Japanese-style housing and such. I remember there being this huge building, where there was this monster that crashed through it once. There was also a forest with lanterns in it, leading to some house of some sort. I can't remember what it was, at all. Is there anyone who knows what I'm talking about and whether this was even real?

Okay, so currently I'm getting stuck on the name of this Widget Series (I think?) that basically has a brother-sister team (I think?) that fights crime by transforming into a magical boy/girl team that wear outfits that look right out of the disco age. They also fight a Goldfish Poop Gang on a regular basis and take their orders from a robot.
I can remember that they parodied Detective Conan at some point? I think.
