openNeed Help Finding Out What a 2021 TV Series About Aliens is Titled Film
Hello, If you could help me with this, it would be greatly appreciated.
What is the name of that 2021 tv series which is a sci-fi series and I think is either PG or PG 13 But it's about an alien invasion where a boy finds a young cute little alien and tries to keep him away from being dissected and studied by the feds or to secret government and there's also a super hero that shrinks into an action figure and the boy puts the live action figure and the young alien in his backpack and when hes confronted to hand him over to the feds or top secret government with guns pointed at the alien he uses his mind power to get rid of the guns. And then he reunites with his Dad.
I just saw this add about this tv series on Facebook but I didn't catch the title of what it's called. I don't know if the tv series are on Netflix, Tubitv, Disney Plus, Crave or etc. Or any other streaming video websites.
If you could please tell me or find out what the name of this TV Series is called which I think is 2021 series that would be sincerely greatly appreciated.
Thank you very much. Have a great day.
Edited by simbadog77openSprite Animation Series on Machinima about Disney Web Original
I remember in the last years (maybe even months?) of the YT channel Machinima, there was a animated sprite series that had a linear story, but was also part commentary on Disney and their subsidiaries as a whole. I remember it for a number of scenes and story elements which I will list here:
1. Luke Skywalker and Mickey Mouse being the main protagonists, with the main antagonist for the 1st (and only) season being Pinhead from Hellraiser.
2. Several Disney-owned characters get corrupted by Pinhead into their masochistic cult, like Buzz Lightyear, Ursula, and Obi-Wan Kenobi.
3. At one point, the Avengers show up, only to be unceremoniously disintegrated by a monster's blast in the next episode.
4. At one point the Enterprise shows up and someone asks "Is Star Trek owned by Disney?" and Luke answers, "No, but it seems like a matter of time".
5. The last episode they meet a hologram of Walt Disney (whom Mickey Mouse refers to as "Dad" and hugs). Also, during Pinhead's defeat, he gives a soapbox-type speech on the downfall of the Hellraiser franchise.
As you can see, it's a strange series of sorts. Can't remember what it was called for the life of me.

openKid's adventure film set in the Kalahari Desert
Another (prolly direct-to-video) movie I saw when I was 10-ish, what'd ya know.
The MC is a child whose parents runs afoul of some triads in Chinatown after some treasure MacGuffin something the kid's father is searching for, located in the Kalahari desert (yes, I even remember which desert it is, there's a Title In naming the location onscreen, in fact as a kid that's the first time I've heard of the Kalahari). The MC (whose name I forgot...) managed to escape, befriends a chubby black kid (IIRC the black kid's name is Themba, I remember because it's a somewhat unusual name) and they escaped to the desert where most of the adventure is set.
I vaguely remember the Big Bad being this Dragon Lady in a blue qipao, who threatens the MC's mother at some point early on.
Also, the film opens with a shot of the desert. The wind blows, parts the sand a little and reveals a human skull before panning up.
Anyone remember this film?....
Before anyone asks, yes, I did a Google for "movies set in the Kalahari Desert", turned up empty.

openVideo game about ALS? Videogame
Could have sworn this existed but searching hasn’t turned up any results. This was around the 2010s, I believe it was a short flash(?) game that was created to raise awareness for ALS- I can’t remember where I played it, but the protagonist was this yellow hamster / bear-like creature who was the father of a family. The gameplay was about doing various tasks, and as the game continued your ability to use the controls were reduced and eventually removed, so you weren’t able to use specific gimmicks and it made doing the tasks much harder. I think the player character was bedridden by the end. Help would be appreciated.
openMild Inconvenience: The Anime Anime
i swear it exists, but i forgot the name of it. but it’s an older, i think mid to late eighties or nineties series?
but anyway, it was an episodic kind of series, involving the main girl (a brunette Anime Chinese Girl whose name i can’t remember) getting into situations that are comically, more often than not lethally over the top. the main ones i remember being her being locked in a sauna while stuck in some kind of contortionist move, dealing with an accidental house fire while she’s trapped in a malfunctioning stretching device (which, btw, ends up being solved by her putting out the blaze with piss condom water balloons. yeah.), and judging a long running wrestling match while needing to take a dump.
so yeah, it’s very much a Widget Series. i can’t remember the name of it (i vaguely remember english translations calling it some variation of Dangerous Girl, but trying to google it gives me generic “top ten dangerous anime girls” blogs), but it’s been bothering me for a while, and i’m gonna be honest: the series is a weird ass guilty pleasure and i want to rewatch it for some laughs.
Edited by worldwidewoomyopenAnimated film involving pizza and a lava monster Western Animation
I remember seeing snippets of an animated film, but I have no idea what is was called or what the plot even was. I saw it sometime between 2006 and 2012. What I remember is:
- What I saw was set in a town, which looked European to me;
- One scene involved characters baking pizzas in old-fashioned stone ovens;
- There may have been small semi-antropomorphic mice involved, like Jaq and Gus from Disney's Cinderella;
- One scene had some kind of lava monster flowing through the town. The monster was Conspicuous CGI.
openkid theater and the great OLD wizard ( possibly solved? ) Live Action TV
cbeebies. don't remember the time, but i watched it somewhere between 2006-2013. might be older, though.
each episode was a story acted out by kids on a cgi backdrop.
i remember one of the episodes rather clearly, so i'll tell y'all about that.
i think this episode's story was about merlin/myrddin ( of king arthur fame )? so around the beginning, merlin walks in. then the narrator ( also a kid, everyone in this show is a kid ) says "no, the great OLD wizard!" or something because they specified that merlin was old and the actor is visibly very young. then a fake beard appears on the actor and the narrator is satisfied. also there was this song that went "merlin, merlin, the great wizard who [something i can't remember]" that the narrator and an invisible chorus sang whenever the wizard used his magic.
i tried looking at cbeebies ( and cbbc! ) shows from this time but i just can't find it! also the "merlin, merlin" song has been stuck in my head for an unholy amount of time-
Edited by noodlesnookopenDimly recall this one horror game on TVTropes Videogame
I don't recall the specifics, but I believe that there were various areas with different themes and enemies, and the enemies might've had different appearances depending on something or other (my memories of this are very dim). I found it on TV Tropes and haven't been able to find it again, but does anyone have an idea of what it could be?
openGirls pee pastries Anime
I'm not sure this wasn't a fever dream. But there were these 3 school girls who were gifted (cursed?) with this ability to pee giant pastries.
I want to say it's from the early to mid 2010's but that's just when I was shown it.
openAnimated movie I’m looking for? Western Animation
So there’s a kids movie that I remember seeing advertised in a magazine, and I’m pretty sure I saw at least part of it at some point. I saw it sometime between 1999 and 2002, but it definitely could’ve been older.
Here’s the list of details I remember,
1. Was probably made for tv/direct to video, considering it’s probably pretty obscure.
2. It was animated, kind of looked like an 80s anime or something inspired by that.
3. The main character was a little girl, who I think was an orphan that lived with her grandma or something.
4. Said grandma is gone for a while, and the girl somehow goes to a fantasy/pretend world.
5. She’s accompanied by either a dog or Bear or some sort. Possibly a living toy a la Winnie the Pooh
6. There’s a train they ride on.
7. There’s a storm scene which is pretty intense and basically the climax.
8. I’m pretty sure it was advertised in one of my mom’s parenting magazines that I found and flipped through.
Anyone have any idea what this could be?
Thanks!
It’s not a Studio Ghibli movie! It might be an anime of some sort, or it might be a western animated movie influenced by anime in the visuals.
I know if I saw the print ad and/or the actual movie, I’d instantly recognize it!
openWhat Are They Referencing In Each Line? (SOLVED) Videogame
So, I was browsing and I came across this comment: "This reminds me of toasters.
And toasters that float. (SOLVED: After Dark screensaver)
And toasters that burn bread. (Note: They probably meant "burn toast".)
And a toaster's nightmares.
Just toasters in general, OKAY??"
I know the "a toaster's nightmares" is a reference to a game made for a game jam
, but I don't know what "toasters that float" and "toasters that burn bread" are referencing. Can anyone help me out here? (Please don't suggest The Brave Little Toaster. I'm 90% confident that the commenter was only referencing video games, and anyway the Brave Toaster doesn't float and hasn't ever burnt The Master's toast.)
open(SOLVED: Super-Elec) What issue of Mandrake The Magician is this? Print Comic
So, I was browsing when I noticed this example: "One issue of Mandrake the Magician featured an evil computer. Because it was connected to every machine, it could control them... in ways that made no real sense. Examples included: a fridge being filled with flames and trying to burn its owner (and returning to normal when a repairman showed up, even though the internal damage would be visible), a vertical vaccuum cleaner chasing a woman (on its non-powered wheels), and a corded phone receiver leaping out of its user's hand and trying to strangle her. It also caused streetlights to explode and traffic lights to malfunction in order to cause traffic chaos, which was at least physically feasible." Does anyone know what issue that was?

Hello
This Movie has been on my mind and basically etched in my brain for a while, I watched it a few years ago and it would be greatly appreciated if someone could help.
This Movie is modern like in between the years 2000 and 2019
It's about 2 Brothers fighting or reuniting and then fighting because one is evil and the other is good and Blue vs Red because one brother becomes so consumed and absorbed with anger and rage and revenge that he becomes evil and the other brother has so much good energy and power that he defeats his brother with his supernatural powers and theres lots of blue like Palsma Lights and red Like Plasma lights and energy flowing and going around in the movie from all of there super natural powers and I believe it is medieval or viking themed (But Not Sure) And I believe its not an Animated movie or a cartoon and I believe its not a Chinese or Japanese Movie. The Blue vs. Red - Good vs. Evil is based on Meditation and the Chakra's in this movie.
Thank you for your help
