openCartoon sleeping pills hammer gag Western Animation
I remember seeing a cartoon as a kid - maybe it was Tom and Jerry? - that included a gag where a character took the top of a bottle of sleeping pills and instead of pills, he pulled out a hammer and hit himself in the head with it to knock himself out.
Does this sound familiar to anyone else?
openMovie about birds, telephone wire scene, Windows sounds (NOT RIO) Western Animation
Alongside "The Giant King", I remember watching another movie around the same time, which was also on Hulu. This time, it was a CG animated movie about birds in some sort of tropical urban setting.
The only scene I remember the most showed several birds on a telephone pole wire. Each of the birds were "hooked to the internet" and sometimes got electrically shocked. Every single time they were shocked, a REAL Windows sound played. One of these instances had a bird getting shocked, which played the Windows Vista boot-up sound.

I’ve been trying to remember this one show I watched as a kid but could never find. The few things I could remember was that
1. The main characters (a trio) had a magic book, with different indents for stones/gems that held magical creatures, the main plot point.
2. There was a purple fluid that corrupted whatever it touched, one of the main characters touched it and got the ability to create supersonic shrieks (temporarily.)
3. The main villain was somehow related to the book: near the end, the book warped to reveal the villain’s own stone/gen indent, if I recall correctly.
Sorry if that’s not to much go off, it was years ago and I don’t remember much from then.
openAPP Fairy Tale Crossover Cartoon Western Animation
When I was a kid, I remember watching a kids’ channel I didn’t normally watch and seeing a commercial for a cartoon that seemed to be a crossover between different fairy tale characters. I remember a scene where the Boy Who Cried Wolf burst onto a rainy cabin to warn the group inside and the narrator saying “And the Boy Who Cried Wolf,” followed by the Boy shouting “Wolf!” This was around 2006-2007, the special was traditionally animated and looked modern, and the Boy was a Black child. On the same channel, I remember seeing a commercial for an airing of The Iron Giant that was styled as a comic book with dialogue rendered as speech bubbles, something I also haven’t been able to find.
Edited by LegendsSlopperopenAnimated show where they drank blended cockroaches? Western Animation
I've already asked this over on reddit to not much help and stumbled onto this site while trying to search on my own. Hopefully someone here might know what this is. I've been trying to find this show I only saw a little clip from as a kid when in Greece in the early 2010s.
I only saw less than 5 minutes of it but what I remember is there was a group of teens/young adults and they were making a "smoothie" in a blender with gross ingredients including cockroaches, I don't know if it was a punishment or a challenge. Once the drink was done one of the girls, if I remember right, drank a little and then ran into a filthy bathroom to vomit. I think it may have been a reality game show type setting or something a little like jackass, no idea if either is true.
The style from my memory was something like the show 6teen with the character proportions, so not like an overly exaggerated cartoony style. I'm not sure if this was even a show aimed at kids from how gross and uncensored it seemed. I'm not sure what language it was in as I couldn't even understand English at that time.
It's not S1 E14 from Total Drama Island, I already got that suggested since it has a similar scene.
Ty for any help and suggestions!
open2000s-2010s european animated 2D kids show about sports Western Animation
I don't remember much at all, except my dad had the first episode downloaded when I was pretty young. There's this sports team of boys (i cant remember the sport) and a girl wants to join the team. They dont take kindly to it ( except this one character, a blond boy with a beanie hat) but she proves herself to be just as good a player as them and joins the team. The only other characters I can remember is this tall blond boy with thick hair pulled back into a ponytail, and another short redheaded boy with glasses
opentypicial cliche group of adventurers Western Animation
i swear the only thing i remember is this specific scene of one of the members of the team trying to pass through a metal detector but since he`s a cyborg, he can`t, and he stays half the episode trying to pass trough by leaving a comically large number of weapons, and unable to do so. The scene was in a coliseum-like arena and to enter in the ring they had to enter with no weapons at all, thaat was why the metal detector was there.
openAPP Timmy time Western Animation
It’s a show about Timmy, Shaun’s nephew and his baby animal friends
openmedia before 2010 either an animated tv show or movie Western Animation
Likely saw it in the early 2000s on tv, but I was young when I watched it so I am not certain. The only lead I have is the picture, most of the background was edited out and it looks like the image was skewed a few degrees. The letter visable on the table was important somehow. It may not have been new media when I watched it.
openChristmas: kids shrink, damage hot air balloon Grandpa gets forest creatures' christmas lists with Western Animation
Grandpa is a mailman who brings animals' Christmas lists to Santa. He lives in a log cabin on top of a hill in a forest clearing. The kids are driven out to visit him at the start of the cartoon; they don't wanna be out in the sticks like this. The kids are brats, a blonde girl w/ a ponytail & a brunette boy (I think). They learn he uses a tiny hot air balloon to fly out through the chimney for getting the forest animals' lists, but he won't give a demonstration for that part, & orders the brother to get out of it when he notices him trying to disobey. After the three unshrink, the grandpa leaves with the parents to do Xmas shopping. The kids use w/e method to re-shrink & check out the balloon they were forbidden to touch, and their squabbling leads to the pet cat trying to kill them (I think because they were mean to it). The balloon casts off so they can escape it, and gets torn. I think the quest becomes fixing the balloon before Grandpa comes back.
There's a family of mice who live in the walls Thumbelina style. The mom mouse was welcoming and I think wore a purple house dress & a frilly apron. I think she chases off the giant longhair cat with a tiny broom. She prepared a snack for the boy and sat him in an armchair. The boy was glad to have the hospitality that the girl avoided. The mood flips when they find out what the kids had done. This part was vivid because as a kid I was *very* sensitive to shifts in the vibe.
I saw this on my grandmother's portable DVD player when I was a toddler ~22 years ago. I believe the art style resembled Grandma Got Ran Over by a Reindeer or Willie the Sparrow (two OTHER $10 Walmart movies she watched with us as little'uns).
Edited by tahutoaopenWile E. Coyote canyon gag - is this real? Western Animation
I remember watching an episode of Wile E. Coyote and the Road Runner years ago, where Coyote runs over the cliff as usual, but as he looks back the Road Runner isn't standing there and pointing down to remind Coyote of the fall as he usually does. So instead, Coyote starts to live in the air beyond the edge of the cliff; he has a house made of clouds with cloud furniture, he has a cloud cane, even a cloud beard. One day the doorbell rings and outside stands the Road Runner and points down and suddenly everything dissolves and Coyote falls.
Am I remembering correctly or did I dream this up?
openCartoon episode where the sphinx was blown onto the Great Pyramid Western Animation
For some reason, for a long time I've had a memory of seeing an episode of a cartoon where at one point (due to massive, destructive wind?) the Sphinx was blown off of its foundation and sent flying, only to catch on top of the Great Pyramid of Egypt.
The image I have in my head is, I think, of animation from the 70s (Superfriends, maybe?), and while I'm fully open to the possibility it was just my imagination, I'd like to be able to track this sequence down if it in fact exists.
openPossibly old Cartoon Network show where a female character is burned alive in a bonfire Western Animation
Hey everyone! I’ve been trying for years to figure out if a scene I saw as a kid was real or just a fever dream. I hope someone here can help me identify it.
What I remember:
I watched this episode sometime between 2016 and 2018, but I’m pretty sure the cartoon itself was much older, probably from the early/mid-2000s era (Billy and Mandy, Cow and Chicken, Courage the Cowardly Dog, etc.).
Channel: I’m almost certain it aired on Cartoon Network, but there’s a slight chance it might have been Nickelodeon.
The episode had an extremely dark and disturbing tone. The most vivid memory I have is of a female character (probably human) being thrown into a large bonfire by a group of other characters.
It happened at night, and the fire had huge flames. I distinctly remember her screams — they were loud, desperate, and very unsettling.
After she was burned, the other characters acted like it was normal — they seemed to be celebrating or socializing, totally unbothered.
It was probably on Adult Swim, because I used to stay up late watching cartoons.
The visual style was odd — it had low saturation, almost grayish tones. It stood out from typical colorful cartoons.
Art style: I can’t recall exactly, but it felt like something in between the smoother style of Teen Titans (2003) and more exaggerated cartoony animation.
I vaguely recall the girl begging or pleading before being thrown in, but nobody helped her.
What it wasn’t:
I’ve already checked and it’s definitely not: Billy and Mandy, Happy Tree Friends, Superjail!, or Courage the Cowardly Dog.
If this rings any bells, or if anyone remembers something similar, I’d really appreciate any leads — even if it turns out to be a lost episode, a banned scene, or just something obscure.
Thank you guys so much in advance!
openCartoon from mid 2000s to early 2010s Western Animation
So I've been trying to find this cartoon for ages now, I remember seeing it when I was younger (I'm brazilian, so it would have to have aired here, so likely Jetix/Disney XD or Cartoon Network, maybe Nickelodeon but I don't think so)
I can only remember a specific episode. There were these kids in some kind of camp, and in this camp one of the villains was around. I remember him being very feminine (think your stereotypical gay character) who was the henchman of this woman. I remember the guy got bitten by a wolf in the episode, so naturally he became a werewolf, only the werewolf form was played for laughs, as it was feminine too.
openScooby and Scrappy Doo pushing Western Animation
There’s this meme I saw that had a still of Scooby and Scrappy doo seemingly pushing on a car. What episode is it from? https://scontent-lga3-1.xx.fbcdn.net/v/t1.6435-9/54523405_972181219653985_1370224679163265024_n.jpg?_nc_cat=102&ccb=1-7&_nc_sid=127cfc&_nc_ohc=CNkZJsDzDQ8Q7kNvwHOIlkE&_nc_oc=AdlKwEsiCzXGeF4d0shL7OEYSV2aTki7Ra_hluIRAcKpvtzTsUsclnoWHBsGEAaXyqzbO75Wv_tdTMEIwGpRXkZo&_nc_zt=23&_nc_ht=scontent-lga3-1.xx&_nc_gid=KGt-7Q9yA1Axj13I3eUdEQ&oh=00_AfHMKTtdDDePMpd5fkGJekPlo3-ktffE6spUsbf2Yd7IlA&oe=6832D7A0
openAPP Claymation Caveman Short Western Animation
I've been looking for years for an animated short film I saw as a child that had a profound impact on me. It was really short (maybe 2 or 5 minutes) and was animated in stop motion claymation. It's about a caveman in a jungle, violently attacking a giant species of geckos. Later, he reaches the end of the jungle and reveals it's a terrarium, and then he's devoured by a even giant gecko.
openUpcoming Zelda parody Western Animation
Recently I've seen a trailer of new upcoming Western Animation about an independent princess on a quest, who is pestered by a young boy and when he messes with her amulet it releases a snarky spirit. It was dubbed Legend of <boy's name> and the opening theme was suspiciously similar to Zelda's main theme.

I don't remember much about it because I randomly saw it on You Tube one day. What I do remember is that, there was this scene where some villainous being posed riddles and if not answered correctly, he kills which he did to a guy in this scene then I think maybe a girl answered correctly and he got angry so she successfully killed him in revenge. I even looked at the work's TV Tropes page at the time but completely forgot about it after.
