I'm almost positive this is an anime because of the style/content, but there's about a sliver of a chance that it's Western Animation.
Anyway...this anime is probably about 6 years old (I saw it 4 years ago and it didn't seem new). The atmosphere was quite creepy, and the only scene I remember was at night. It was a house with I think concrete steps - maybe the house was surrounded by trees.
A little girl of about 6 was on the porch/steps, but when you look a bit closer she's a doll. She's got some wear and tear - there are some definite freaky things about her face (stains and the like around an eye, et cetera). She starts walking down the stairs but she falls apart before she can reach the last step.
At least, I think she was a doll. She looked like one. Any help is cool, guys :D

Has anyone ever read this Naruto Naru/Hina AU fanfic that was from Hanabi's point of few? The idea goes along with the idea that, when it's sunny and rainy at the same time, it's the Fox's wedding, and one day on a day like that, the fox Naruto took Hinata for a bride. I think it's a reminicense from a similar day, as Hanabi sees her sister, and Hinata's happy as the fox's bride. Does that sound familiar to anyone?

There was a manga about different people gaining amazing new powers, and how the more destructive ones among them were pretty much wreaking havoc. The main character was a teenage guy whose formerly kind and nonthreatening friend went over to the dark side, joins the gathering group of evil folks with powers, and had kidnapped a girl they both cared about. Eventually, the main character meets up with a younger boy and a teenage girl, both of whom have powers as well (if I remember correctly, the girl's powers were based around ice and/or water). One of the bad guys was a fat, creepy otaku. That's all I really remember at the moment. Anybody have an idea as to what manga this is? And no, I have no idea if it was made into an anime.

There was a manga I found around four or five years ago, and I can't for the life of me remember who it was by or what the name of it was. I remember the beginning was of a young man and an elderly woman on a ship, and they were speaking to one another, when the man pulled out a knife and wrapped the old woman's hands around the handle and forced her to stab him in the chest. The old woman screamed and the man fell off of the side of the ship. Also in the manga was a doll in a window that was incredibly life-like, and an elderly woman (not sure if it was the same woman or not) saw a man (again, not sure if it was the same man) with a girl that looked identical to the doll. It was probably a horror story, and it intrigued me. Anyone think it sounds familiar? If it helps, the art style was vaguely like Rumiko Takeashi.

I remember seeing an animated movie based off of Mega Man Star Force 1 that aired on Cartoon Network during either summer 2007 or fall 2007. I tried to search for it on You Tube, but I was unable to locate it. So could someone help me.

This was shown at an anime club I attended from 2005 - 2007.
A girl was transferred to a new school (possible all-girl school). When she went to talk to the principal (female, old) the principal was playing a string instrument, like a cello or bass. It was an eerie, haunting melody, and the show devoted a bit of time to it.
At the end of the episode, the girl magically transported to a different place/realm/reality. The show seemed to be in the fantasy genre.
I'm pretty certain about the first part, not so clear on the second, it was a long time ago.

Okay, so when I was little I watched this show. It had this girl fighting these monster things with a sword. It had quite a few references to Japanese culture in it, like Japanese-style housing and such. I remember there being this huge building, where there was this monster that crashed through it once. There was also a forest with lanterns in it, leading to some house of some sort. I can't remember what it was, at all. Is there anyone who knows what I'm talking about and whether this was even real?

I think this one's more recent, and I watched it on some Anime on demand channel, but I don't remember the title. So basically, There's a young girl who is told she has special powers and is sent to some special school with her best friend, who is like, a genius. And There's a guy who controls fire. That's all I got for details other than I think the op featured the main characters like, cheerleading or something...o.o I feel like this one should be obvious, and it's been bugging me that I can't think of it.

About 15 years ago on tv, I remember watching part of this animated movie. I don't remember much, I was around five when I saw it, but I'll try to list all that I can.
The scene takes place in a giant room, and in this room are giant pink flowers. I believe more are closed, there's at least one open. Standing in front of it is a girl in a flower themed outfit, I believe there's a skirt to it, and it's colored similar to the flowers. The girl's been brain-washed, or is under mind control, something that's taken her free will. There's a man in a chair behind her, and he motions her forward, and she walks to the flower, up an extended petal, and onto the inner circular part, turns around, and the petals start closing around her, trapping her inside.
After the flower has closed, these vines come out and grab her by the legs and the arms, raising her off the ground, and begin to slowly sap her energy, or it uses her as a power source. I vaugely believe it takes place on a space ship, and she, along with a bunch of other girls, are being used to power said ship, or something else, but it's still pretty big.
I've been looking for this for years, and this scene is really the only thing I remember about it. I never got a chance to find out what happened to the girl because I had to go to bed.

What episode
of Naruto is this image of Orochimaru from? For reference, it's at 1:30 and it's the second scene after a cute clip of Takato and Guilmon.

it was a movie i saw as a little kid, it must be pre-2005 i think, it was about a kid that found an alien or some magical girl that needed him to recover a budist rosarie (mala) to recover her powers.
I remember some parts, in one the girl is very beautifoul and asks him to help him (she has blue hair), in other part he talks to someone after they have recovered a part of the mala that tells him that it was taken away from her a long long long time ago to prevent her from doing evil since she was very bad, almost a demon i think. in other part they are in a cave full of dripping water from the ceiling and just as the boy recovers the final part of the mala she tries to take it from him and when he refuses she turns into a monster, or a big head.... i think she turns into a giant Agyo or Ungyo head. After the boy is chased down by this "head", he destroys the mala and the alien cryes for the has lost her full powers forever.
At the end they are under a tree holding each other very romanticaly with cherry flowers falling from above... please help me!!!!

Please can anyone tell me what's the name of the series : It's a series almost horror and thriller, i watched in French language. IT has a villain all dressed in black, a golden mask on his face. He has a ring that can control human minds. He also almost every episode at it's end, listens to a music box, a ballerina maybe or something like that. Plus there is somethings with his ring about green and red when he control minds. And a detective maybe always tries to catch him but fails.

(I really wish this place had a way to set the medium as "fanfiction".) (^_^)''
A fanfiction for The Slayers that involves Lina an co going on a vacation to the island where Lina and Naga went in one of the OAV's, and L/G, A/Z and F/X having to get married. Because L-Sama was bored. And said so.
Or the world would end. >I
What I remember most about the story was that:
- It was funny, and it didn't take itself seriously.
- There may have been a wine talk about red -vs- white wine between Filia and Xellos
- The old guy that Lina helped in the OAV shows up as a ghost at one point, and Gourry freaks out when he realizes that Lina basically saved his whole line, and if she hadn't, he wouldn't have even existed.
- I think there was a comment about L-Sama taking Lina's shape, and by extension acting more like her.
- The three couples are about to get married when they realize they have no rings. One of them (Zel?) starts to freak out, and the priest tells him not to worry- it's not the end of the world! (But it totally is).
I thought it was on ff.net, but the filters and searches I did didn't work, so now I'm wondering if it *was* on ff.net and got moved, if it was there and it was deleted, or if it is there, and I'm just stupidly not seeing it.
So yeah... Does anyone know what I'm' talking about. ^^;;

All I can remember is a scene from a manga, where in the words are "I'm just so damned lonely" coupled with a male character using his whole arm to hide his eyes/wipe his tears away. I think he may be wearing a Japanese boy's school uniform, but I'm not really sure, and I think (but don't know) that his sleeves didn't end right at his wrists, but were a little too long.
Maybe.
Does this ring any bells with anyone?
